this court was established to arbitrate conflicts on national and international level, if an involvement of the World Forum was wished for. Partners like the Frost Empire were already questioning back in the day, when the framework for the IC was debated, how this could potentially limit the sovereignity of a WF member. Also because the IC would of course work as an organ too, that would sanction misconduct of a WF member, that expressedly works against our charter, that every member has had to ratify and thus accept.

It is common knowledge, that the acceptance of the Charter also comes with the acceptance of international law and that includes the right of the self-determination of the people. We will check, whether the United States of Izaakia, formerly the Kingdom of Izaakia, was legally incorporating the areas of La Montagne and Brödmark or whether we were witnesses of an illegal annexation of the regions. While there is the need to accept the de facto situation to a certain extent now, it is clear that if we find misconduct in Izaakia's actions and measures taken against the will of the Montacian's and Brodlancian's, then this will have consequences to the esteemed member, especially to those, who were actively involved in the campaign to take over the regions and secure them for the Izaakian government as well as those, who tolerated these actions although having been able to stop them.

It is self-evident, that we will look at all the data available to us and we hope for cooperation from the accused WF member, so that our verdict will be fair to everyone, yet still lawful.
