Following the Sedunnic King Vimmru Innien's recent request to discuss recent security issues and further economic cooperation, the Stoinian government has officially applied for Observer Status in the World Forum. Multiple news outlets have tried to contact government officials on whether Stoinia will end its contemplating stance concerning the World Forum and finally join our Sedunnic friends as full members of the international organization. King Andrei has voiced his disappointment in the World Forum's bickering instead of imminent action against the genocide against the Romordians in Nicholas & Great Britain. However, it is as of yet unclear whether the application is a first step to full membership in the World Forum. Vlaicu has stated that the government will issue a press conference in the following days concerning its application to the World Forum and King Vimmru's recent call for cooperation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has however revealed that Ambassador Eftimie Grigorescu will be assigned as the Stoinian Ambassador once the application passes. It is as of yet unclear when Ambassador Grigorescu will start to represent our Kingdom and what his mission will be at the World Forum. Nevertheless, the government has issued full support for Grigorescu.

Broadening economic ties across the Mediterranean?

Following President Smith's press conference, Gheorghe Vlaicu too has held a press conference concerning the recent call to action by the Sedunnic King. King Andrei has given his full support for the suggested actions stating that it would be most beneficial to prevent further turmoil in the region. Gheorghe Vlaicu proposed a plan for nations across the Mediterranean Sea with the aims for broader economic cooperation. Similar to what Stoinia and Sedunn already have established on the matter of economic ties and conjuncture. During his speech, Vlaicu called to multiple nations to join him to draft out plans for economic cooperation across the Mediterranean: 
"My fellow South Pacificans. Long has Stoinia remained silent since the Great War and during the Great Instability. We instead opted to focus on our soil and live in harmony with it. Growing closer, bit by bit, to Sedunn and Sallodesia over the last few decades. We've known decades of peace in our southwestern corner of Bailtem. Sadly, today we're faced once more with the reality that this isn't the case over the entire South Pacific. We have a luxury that an increasingly large number people across the South Pacific is being robbed from. King Vimmru, as graceful as ever, has asked our nation to assess the recent rise in world tension and we have answered. First His Majesty, King Andrei, and then we, the Stoinian government. Hence our application to the World Forum as an Observer. I'm confident that we'll come to an agreement with our new allies and show the South Pacific that we too, like the Sallodesians, won't stand idly by any longer. It's time to make Pacifica a better world. Not just by joining forces with Sedunn, GI-Land and the Frost Empire, but also by preventing turmoil overtaking the world."

"We mustn't only combat chaos, but also prevent it. Perhaps a military alliance may not be suited for all, so perhaps there's another way to achieve our goal without the need for such strategic commitments. A brighter future won't be achieved through domination, but through cooperation. Globalists might jump at the idea of a political union, but that isn't what I'm suggesting. For Stoinia won't yield its sovereignty. But... Perhaps there is a bit of wisdom in such an idea. Specifically, through the creation of a large single market to bolster the welfare for all participating nations by broadening the market and the creation of jobs. Only through this method of cooperation can we truly establish peace in our times and prosperity for all. I therefore now call informally, and formally in the coming days, to all governments from Hazelbrust to Ubesii and from Mauquibie to Reizen, to cooperate with us in the creation of system aimed for prosperity. Not for the creation of a larger Sedunnosphere or Stoinosphere, but for our common future. We Stoinians understand it perhaps better than most. For our national motto is not for nothing a maioribus nostris, pro filiis nostris; by our forefathers, for our children. Stoinians and Sedunners have proven that such a partnership is the way forward. Let us now build a brighter future together for our children and our children's children. So that they may never have to face the deficiency that's been spreading across the South Pacific the past years."

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Tiberiu Mocanu, has confirmed that in the following days, the Ministry will send out formal invitations to talks concerning the creation of a large single market. More details will be revealed in the coming days. Both Stoinian and Sedunnic economists have voiced their support for such a broad market. The potential increase in wealth across all proposed nations is put well into the billions. Sallodesian President, George D. Smith, too has voiced his interest in the project, wishing to strengthen the bonds our respective nations already have. Although Sedunn and Snolland are likely to accept such a proposition, it's still unclear how nations like Mauquibie or the Reizen Province will react to such an endeavour.

The ascension of Azure World and its new supersonic Condor

Ever since Stoinia's accession as an observer to the World Forum, our nation has taken a firm stance concerning the future we share with all Pacificans. Especially with those within the Mediterranean. One such domain where Stoinia keeps pushing the rest of Pacifica is in the airline industry. With Stoinia's economic expansion, the Stoinian lead Azure World too has made new strategic alliances. With the long awaited first commercial flight of the Condor, a second generation supersonic commercial aircraft manufactured by SkyHopper, it also aims to revitalize supersonic travel. Azure World has stated keenly about its launch of the supersonic planes and eyes all around Pacifica are watching as its first commercial flight will take place on January 2nd. Flying all the way from Sinaia to the Snovian capital, Larasin, in just under five and a half hours.

Not all have welcomed the launch Condor. Many have restated arguments from past supersonic launches, such as noise concerns from the sonic boom and ecological concerns over fuel usage. SkyHopper has stated multiple times that new R-73 engines have been adapted to the ecological needs of the 21st century and have significantly improved the fuel consumption. Azure World has also announced that the Condor will only fly supersonic 50 km's from coastal areas to minimize the boom nuisance. The airline alliance is confident that the Condor will launch a new age of intercontinental flights.
It's no secret that Azure World has significant influence in the Bailtemmic and Barelandic shores of the Mediterranean. Its recent new strategic alliances with Spirasian Airlines and Emerald Star Airlines in 2019 is further proof of its strong position in the area. It now remains a question how Azure World will fair in Cordillian airspace and what new partnerships with Cordillian airline companies will be made. Critics have voiced concerns of Azure World's solidification with the recent expansion at Livonia's International Airport. Claiming that Azure World is becoming the Azure Mediterranean instead of actually travelling the globe and that its alliance with the Sallodesian-Izaakian Sharkish Airlines is barely any worldwide cooperation. Azure World responded that the company has a well defined strategy that will play out in the coming year. Promising a stiffening of its position on the Pacifican scale.

King & country embrace a bright future

In a surprise tun of event, His Majesty Andrei III joined passengers and crew of the first Stoinian supersonic flight today. Giving the new aircraft a true royal blessing. However, this isn't the only reason for the King's visit to the Snovian capital. He later held a joint press conference with the Snovian President after a short meeting. In their meeting, they tackled new economic ties following Snolland's entry in the Cross-Mediterranean Economic Community despite its long distance to it. Hazelbrust was an important topic and King Andrei III reaffirmed Stoinia's interest in investment for Hzaelbrust. In the press conference, the two heads of state solidified their plans for further cooperation between the two distant nations.
"It's a pleasure visit Larasin while also promoting technological advancement. It's a clear signal that Stoinia is changing its diplomatic stance and willing to invest in a brighter future. We hope to be a partner for all Pacificans to help achieve peace and prosperity in our time. Today our talks have proven fruitful and will start a new page in the history of both our nations. We're glad that we can speak of a new friend in the northern Cordillian region. May we achieve our goal for a prospering Pacifica together."

Snovian-Stoinian relations are sure to improve after the King's visit. Not only have the governments endorsed cooperation such as their national airliners offering new routes between the nations, but Stoinian companies as well. Stoic Airways, one of the largest private commercial airliners on Bailtem, has officially announced its subsidiary, Blizzard Winds. Watchdogs had previously unravelled the company's investments, but now we have a clear picture of this new subsidiary's goals. Blizzard Winds will focus on travel between the two countries' trans-Pacific routes. CEO Mihai Stoica has stated that Blizzard Winds will also offer supersonic flights for more affordable prices than before with both the SK-771 & SK-772 Condor models.

Stoinian car manufacturer, Dolocia, also joined the ecstatic news with the opening of a Dolocia factory in Larasin. The SUV company has finally completed construction and will start manufacturing cars in the following year, employing roughly 1.600 unemployed Snovians. Spokespersons of the company have endorsed the factory's new opening and hope that Dolocia will gain a new foothold in the northern Cordillian market. Dolocia's marketing team have also begun to advertise the Dolocia specifically for Snovian needs and terrains. Trying to combat the Gianlucian influence of their electrical car, stating the not electrical, but hybrid cars are the future.

Stoinia is exploring economic ties with all Pacifica's nations. Its recent investments in Livana, together with Sallodesia and Myria, and the creation of the Mediterranean Viticulture Group with nations such as Myria, Livana and Ikoania, have made the nation into a prominent nation within the Mediterranean. 2022 is shaping up to become a good year for Stoinia's wish to strengthen economic bonds with fellow Pacifican nations.
King Andrei III also announced that he'll attend Emperor Faddchinor's funeral coming Friday, following the Emperor's sudden death. The Emperor of Techganet was seen as an important figure for southern Cordillia by Stoinians. King Andrei will attend the funeral as a sign of respect and condolences of the entire Stoinian nation. Critics have asked of His Majesty will use this visit to strengthen economic ties with Techganet. The King replied firmly that such an act is preposterous during a time of mourning. Dropping words like "disgusting" and "disappointed" towards his critics.
However, with the Frost Empire's recent application to CMEC, it is unclear whether the monarch will attend to the Frost Empire. Likely, the task will be fall to Prime Minister Gheorghe Vlaicu to discuss terms with the Frost Empire concerning the Reizen Province.

Economic boom in the Mediterranean

The Cross-Mediterranean Economic Community, or in short CMEC, is a name most of us are well versed with. The economic partnership has now expanded across Mediterranean nations and has resulted in a steady growth of the Stoinian economy ever since. The success isn't only felt by Stoinia, but other nations as well. The Sallodesian Economic Statistics Bureau reported an increase of 3,8% and the Myrian Treasury reporting a 4,8% increase. It's speculated that other Mediterranean partners will find similar results following their entry to the economic community. 

The Stoinian Bureau reported that since the Kingdom's co-founding of the community, the Stoinian GDP has grown with a whopping 6,2%. Coming closest in the past three decades to the historic 10,2% in the 3rd quarter of 1956. The numbers are a testament to the recent economic cooperation with fellow nations to create a large single market. Following the creation of CMEC, companies have broadened their markets throughout all member states. Most notably were the investments in the small island nation of Livana, which came to a convenient finish with the organisation's founding. With Stoinian companies fully embracing the role in expanding international markets such as Agro Mediterrana and AgriSeb. However, CMEC also consists of trans-pacific partners, most notably Snoland. There, following King Andrei's visit, Dolocia launched new factories and Royal Stoinian Airways spearheaded the new Condor flights from aerospace manufacturer SkyHopper. Blizzard Winds, a subsidiary of Stoic Airways, notable has become a significant newcomer already having transported thousands of Snovians and Hazelbrustians across the South Pacific. The airline alliance Azure World has also seen an increase in activity as the Mediterranean tourism sector enjoyed a spike in vacation trips.
It goes without saying that Stoinian companies have expanded their influence across the globe in the agricultural, automotive and aerospace sectors and are determined to maintain their newly claimed positions.

One might wonder if this economic rise won't turn against us? Afterall, tensions have begun to seemingly rise ever slow between the United States of Izaakia and the upcoming Concordia Entente. With nations such as Sallodesia holding close cultural and economic ties with the U.S.I., critics fear that once tensions escalate, the shared market will take a hefty toll. Hence why Stoinian companies have strengthened their positions within formally allied nations. The Stoinian, Myrian and Sallodesian manufacturing industries have greatly fortified their growing cooperation, shifting their focus from potentially risky investments to strengthening bonds with allies. Stoinian companies have done more so compared to other CMEC members such as Sallodesia and Myria. The Mediterranean Viticulture Group stands as the embodiment to strengthen such cooperation between vineyards on both shores of the Mediterranean. Aiming to form a united front into the Cordillian market.

Stoinia has chosen wisely to open its foreign policy towards amicable nations and now harvests the initial fruits from taking this bold choice. The coming year looks promising for Stoinia's economy as well as those of its allies. Perhaps the Mediterranean region will prove to be a shining beacon of prosperity for the entire South Pacific. Though there are still obstacles to overcome. Economists are lurking for any new deregulations in the socialist Pattevere which, despite its leftist ideology, also joined CMEC after its founding. Only the future can tell what lies ahead for the Mediterranean.

Combined Concordian arms prove proficient

The Stoinian Minister of Defence, General Valeriu Codreanu, has held a press conference this morning surrounding yesterday's much anticipated Operation Harmony. The joint military exercise between the Sallodesian and Stoinian armed forces has caught the attention of many in the South Pacific. First as a disruption of trade on international waters and now as a show of force by some. The operation was completed without complications from outside or civilian interference. The training exercise was an impressive military feat of joint naval, amphibian and aerial exercises of militaries with barely any experience with mutual cooperation between them. By all accounts, Operation harmony is considered by military experts to be an impressive achievement with observing officer reporting it as a giant leap towards military cooperation between the democratic nations of the South Pacific.

"Operation Harmony has proven a worthy endeavour." Minister Codreanu opened the press conference. "This operation is a testament to the ideal of cooperation that is the founding principle of the Concordia Entente. Democracy has once again proven to be the driving force of benevolent efforts while still being proficient. Stoinia and Sallodesia will take a leading role in sharing the newly gained knowledge with its allies to advance Entente cooperation. I stand here today not merely as the Minister of Defence nor as a General. But as a harbinger of the Concordia Entente that will be instrumental in protecting democratic values across the South Pacific."
Having stated the goals of the operation, Minister Codreanu elaborated further on the operation's phases. After the task force left Port Carlchester, the combined fleet of loaded Sallodesian and Stoinian naval vessels engaged in numerous naval manoeuvres. During the press conference, Minister Codreanu showed images of the two nations' aircraft carriers performing synchronous high-speed turns. The Myrian shipbuilding company, Global Iddih Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (GISME), that helped manufacture the two carriers has endorsed the demonstration of the vessels' capabilities. Minister Codreanu further acknowledged the Myrian contribution to the ships' engineering: "The crews of the NMS Voievod and the SNS Ryan Smith have once again proven their vessels' engineering prowess. Once again it proves that partnerships are paramount in this day and age. Not only through military and economic means, but also on a technological level. Cooperation is the path forward."

Afterwards, the press conference explained the amphibious phase of the operation. Roughly 12.000 soldiers and 19.000 naval personnel partook in the landing exercise. The Ministry of Defence has since reported that new tactics adapted to the 21st century have been tested during this phase. While ground and naval forces engaged on the shores, the Stoinian Royal Air Force tested its arsenal as well. Committing over 50 aircraft of P-34 & P-57's that went toe to toe with the SF-56 and SAI-36-X's of the Sallodesian Air Force. With Operation Harmony testing all aspects of modern warfare on seas, shores & skies, the two militaries have renewed faith in their military capabilities. Though some outsiders remain sceptic over the claims that this exercise will remain as one and fear that it might result in a real military operation in the near future.

Overall the joint training exercise has showed Pacifica of the Entente's rising martial prowess and capabilities. Critics have already jumped to accuse both nations of escalating tensions. However Minister Codreanu had a strong statement on the matter: "No. Recent events have made us to take a more defensive and proactive stance. The north-western flank of the Mediterranean has been a beacon of democracy for decades. We're merely defending our shared values by binding together to form a force to protect that which we love the most. Our loved ones. Our nations. Our freedom."

Stoinian relief and development funds for Crabry

Following Stoinia's economic boom resulting from closer ties with CMEC partners, the Vlaicu administration has allocated another 2 billion Stoinian Dinars for international aid. Previously a deal was closed between Prime Minister Vlaicu and the Spirasian Premier Jac Rousteu in which Stoinia agreed to fund 200 million Dinars to further develop highway infrastructure in Stoinia's cousin nation. Now it seems the administration has set its eyes beyond the Mediterranean. Past the Remetull Islands to the distant continent of Crabry.

After months of fighting, a new regime has taken over the remains of the war-torn nation that is Nicholas & Great Britain. As Stoinia once contemplated to intervene in the genocide against the Romordian minority by a tyrannical regime, it now wishes to help heal the nation. Despite Stoinia's inaction following the United States of Izaakia's swift intervention and bypassing of the World Forum, Stoinia hopes it can help set the nation unto a new dawn. The Vlaicu administration hopes to do so by stimulating agriculture in the nation, redirecting focus from arms manufacturing towards the proliferation of food production using the continent's rich soil. The newly inaugurated Prime Minister Fernsby has agreed to such a deal. Stoinia will divert 25 million Dinars from its international aid budget to help develop and restore agricultural lands in Nicholas & Great Britain.

Furthermore, Aberstopian First Minister Beaufort has also agreed to a similar deal. Strengthening bonds between the conservative nations. Though instead of further developing the already vast Aberstopian agriculture, Stoinia will fund 20 million Dinars to expand infrastructure that serves to connect Aberstopia with Stoinia and other off-shore buyers. These will likely be directed towards airports in the Crabry nation, but as of yet nothing has been confirmed. Instead, some speculate these will go into updating rural roads to promote exports from small farmers located further inlands. One way or another, Stoinia is determined to build stronger bonds with the agriculture of Aberstopia as food companies are expecting to increase trade between the two continents.

It's become apparent that Stoinia is starting to look past the Mediterranean, expanding ties on Crabry beyond its long trading partner of Termina. With it, our nation hopes it can help bring the Mediterranean ideals of peace and prosperity to the recently contested parts of the continent. Whether this means Stoinia will start become more active on other fronts remains to be seen. It's uncertain what the future has in store for the Concordia Entente and the recent evolutions in the United Kingdom of Emerald & Denver are a source of concern. Though Stoinia will remain a paragon of virtues, paramount to peace in our times.

Stoinian Lion roars in the Assembly

Ambassador Tudor Segărceanu held a surprise press conference after a coalition of special forces helped retrieve the ambassadorial staffs of a dozen nations from the war-torn Denverian city of Hawk. The Sedunnic Dellm Vimmru Innienn's talks with Emerald-Denverian King Joshua VII were interrupted as Denverian separatists launched a surprise attack on international embassies. For more than a week the embassies were besieged. Out gunned and nearly out matched. When the Union Government of Emerald-Denver asked for international support, Stoinia spearheaded the extraction operation in conjunction with Task Force Eagle & Denver and special forces from Sallodesia, GI-Land and Sedunn. Now that the embassy survivors have safely landed on Tyre in Myria, King Joshua VII has requested international help to secure the peace in Denver. Hours later, the Stoinian Ambassador to the World Forum held a snap press conference on the matter.

"My fellow Pacificans," The Ambassador started "Once again the state of the South Pacific is crumbling. What began as minor riots has now become a barrel of gunpowder lit by ideas from centuries past. Nicholas and Great Britain is falling apart and the threat of genocide is again on the rise. Now that threat has also arisen closer to my home in Emerald-Denver. The genocidal craze has come to Bareland. Ladies and gentlemen in the World Forum, we must take action. Not within a week or a month, but now!" Segărceanu retorted.
"I believe this World Forum was founded to prevent such depravities... Is the Stoinian people to believe that this institution of peace will do nothing when facing the recrudesce of destructive ideologies from Nicholas the Tyrant and David Grey. The Stoinian people firmly believes in the dream of this institution, but what's the point in believing if there's no action to realize that dream. How can we trust an institution that will stand idly by when many innocents are forced back into the age of barbarity? The World Forum is the incarnation of a dream of peace in our times, but it must also act to preserve that peace. Not through petty quarreling in the shade of the sun, but through action."
Ambassador Segărceanu then continued "Stoinia didn't join the World Forum right away precisely because of that reason. We didn't know whether we could truly trust this organisation. I'm inclined to start agreeing with the critics back home. Perhaps we shouldn't join if this institution won't do anything. Stoinia has grown past its secluded stance and is willing to build a brighter future. Regardless if my message is heard or not, Stoinia will take a firmer stance than simply stand aside. However... Stoinia is willing to cooperate to accomplish that dream the World Forum aims to preserve. I call upon the Forum to take decisive measures and intervene in these war-torn nations. We must work together to accomplish peace-keeping mission to these nations and prevent the needless suffering. Stoinia will follow gladly follow such an endeavour, even as an observer state. Let us realize that dream of peace in our times."

Shortly after the press conference the Ambassadors from Sallodesia and Myria, Jengo Van Schalwyk and Rinna Shadir respectively, have praised Grigorescu's speech. They too have voiced that their nations would like to cooperate in a peace-keeping mission should the World Forum put one into motion. It's unclear what the response from the World Forum members shall be. Though Segărceanu'a call for action from the institution the past few weeks has been left unheard, an answer will have to come eventually.

The Stoinian & Sallodesian Defence Ministers have also announce that multiple deliveries of weaponry will be sent to the Union Forces in Emerald-Denver. Furthermore, the Stoinian Air Force has given aerial photographs taken during the extraction operation to Union Forces to help specify the whereabouts Nationalist Forces. Stoinia has stopped waiting and is moving in to take matters in its own hands if the World Forum won't do so. How this will be received by the international community remains to be seen.

Pro-Monarchist Protest for Earamia in Stoinia

Following the surprise announcement by the Earamian Parliament, tens of thousands of Stoinians set out to the streets to voice their concerns on the matter. Many believe the referendum will send the Tarnian cousin nation into a political death spiral. Stoinians are adamant believers in a constitutional monarchy. In the late 90's Tarnian nations across Bailtem fell under communist grasp with Stoinia being the sole Tarnian nation to not fall into turmoil because of it. Stoinian citizens fear a repeat of the Dezastru Roșu or the Red Calamities that will splinter them from their Tarnian brethren.

While the current Earamian King has faced enormous backlash for prior misbehavings and uncourtly manners, many Stoinian citizens still believe the monarchy should remain. Stoinian expats in Earamia too have voiced this opinion. What shocked the Stoinian people however, was not the question itself, but rather the way it was decided and announced. The Earamian Parliament held a meeting without knowledge of the King and adopted the measure of a referendum. The King had no chance to defend himself and it is unclear whether the referendum is called for by the people. Some Stoinian politicians have called this "undemocratic behaviour" and "anti-monarchist machinations". The referendum was then noticed to take place tomorrow through electronic voting. This unprecedented way of organizing referende shocked many Stoinians. Even His Majesty, King Andrei III, stepped forward and called for more sensible measures for such a drastic decision. To appease the Stoinian Monarch, the Earamian Parliament agreed and has rescheduled the referendum with a week. Foreign observers, including Stoinian officials, have also been accepted to follow this election.

This seemingly drastic development has lead to roughly 70.000 Stoinian citizens to send a message to their cousins in northern Bailtem. Many brought religious icons with them to emphasize the importance a monarch has to his people as a symbol. Social media too has seen multiple trends such as #PăstrațiValorileNoeastreTârnești (#KeepOurTarnianValues) or #PăcateAvețiMulteDarUnRegeDoarUnu (#YouMayHaveManySinsButOnlyOneKing) take the Tarnian communities by storm.
We asked numerous Stoinians at the protest in Sinaia to determine what upset the Stoinian citizenry. "I don't think such radical actions should be taken in this manner. It's just asking for unwarranted political instability!" Shouted a masked man. "I understand the feeling of the Earamians. Their King has certainly proven to be a bad apple, but that doesn't mean the monarchy is a bad system. On the contrary! Look at Stoinia, we've been a welfaring nation ever since we've become a unitary Kingdom. All thanks to our monarchs." Replied an elderly woman. "Instead of changing the system, perhaps they should simply change their monarch. Heck, I even think we can lend them a Cuza if they so wish." Joked a protesting student.
Even the Stoinian King talked to some of the protestors in his surprise evening walk. When confronted with the possibility of a Cuza on the Earamian throne, he was stunned. "Well that's the first I hear of it. I don't believe it would ever come to that and instead we should look to all measures to keep Earamia a stable nation we can trust. Cooperation is the path forward, not segregation and polarization." Replied His Majesty to the shotgun proposal, though he continued jokingly. "Though if the Earamians do in fact wish it sincerely and ask our proud noble house, we'll take it into consideration if the question arises."

It's unclear what the future of Earamia is looking like right now. Stoinians online have started explaining the many good things the Earamian monarchs have done for the nation in an attempt to maintain the status quo. The Stoinian government has remained neutral on the matter and voiced that they'll accept the just outcome of the referendum.

Cuza Castle amidst Tarnian entanglement

The worst fears of the Stoinian government have become reality. The Red Stars movement has marched into several Earamian cities and it seems the country will repeat history with a new Red Calamity. On top of that, Victor Iulian Ceaușescu has marched into parliament and declared the People's Republic of Earamia. These unprovoked and unconstitutional acts have sent a shockwave within Tarnian nations. Stoinia as the most staunch monarchist nation within the Tarnian League is the most shocked from the most recent evolution. Many have looked for guidance to the royal family, but the Cuza family has been in continuous uncertainty following the recent geopolitical evolution across the South Pacific.

The King has accepted an exclusive interview in Cuza Castle to discuss the recent developments. On the Western Cordilian matter of the alleged Valoran "Queen" Sophia and the swift Ryccian intervention His Majesty had a clear message: "I'm disappointed in all parties for their complete disregard for diplomatic willpower. It seems these nations have no regard for diplomatic solutions and would rather return Pacifica to a dark age. I'm afraid how the reality of a nuclear Ryccian winter might become a reality with the volatility of the Ryccians returning with their intervention. God knows if they'll use their nuclear arsenal and I pray to Him that it won't come to that. These are trying times for all Pacificans and I hope the World Forum will prove capable of pursuing its mission. It truly saddens me how political squabbling has lead to citizens of this world have sleepless nights. Unknowing if tomorrow will indeed be a better day. Especially our expats in Valora are left in a warzone. We cannot leave them there. I will therefore ask for an immediate cease-fire in the Ryccian intervention so that our expats there might return safely home from this unforeseen escalation. Not just for us Stoinians but all foreigners in Valora."
Concerning restless nights, King Andrei III followed up on the Earamian situation: "The situation is growing dire by the minute. Once again a Red Calamity is casting a shadow over our brethren in northern Bailtem. The bonds we've worked so hard to maintain with the creation of the Tarnian League back in 1996 are being tested. Communist revolutionaries are marching into the cities and now a populist figure has appeared as a harbinger of a revolution to come. I've personally seen what such an ideology can do to a nation when I volunteered to join our forces in the Spirasian Civil War. Radicals bring only death and destruction when they are left unchecked. Such revolution only help to destabilize nations and leave only a trace of rumble behind. We've been a bastion of stability to our fellow Tarnians and must do so once again. Minister Mocanu has communicated via official channels that all our expats should return home immediately. However, we extend that to all Earamians who wish to seek sanctuary in Stoinia."
When asked about the safety of the Earamian royal family, His Majesty reaffirmed that he would offer them help: "Stoinia will be a sanctuary for them. For now and always if the revolutionaries should make a barbaric hunt for their heads. It's my belief that won't happen and if by God it does happen... Then it would reflect on what sort of future awaits Earamia. We will do our best to keep the royal Earamian family safe. Our phonelines will remain on high alert the coming days so we can act swiftly should the need arise."
 

The Stoinian Air Force & Special Forces have been put on all-time readiness to operate as swiftly as possible to ensure the security of Stoinians abroad. King Andrei III hopes it won't have to come to that but the recent geopolitical evolution has shown that an already deteriorating state can always grow worse. Stoinia will take a firm stance concerning the decaying nations. Some speculate future actions such as severe sanctions might be the next step, though the government hasn't yet officially taken steps to do so.
