[COMMUNICATION] State of the Assembly November 2021

State of the Assembly November 2021

Votes

One vote was finished this month, namely an amendment to the Charter to change CRS eligibility requirements and define the duties of the Coral Guard in law, which passed comfortably. A vote on adding the exact dates on which Cabinet releases under the Sunshine Act are due is still ongoing and will, according to the Legislator Committee Act, be counted for the month of December.

Legislator Check

According to the Legislator Committee Act, in order to keep their legislator status, legislators must vote in at least half of the votes in each month (given that there were at least two votes in that month), as well as maintain a nation in the South Pacific. Since only one vote was finished this month, legislators needed only to keep a nation in the South Pacific to maintain their status.

The list of legislators whom the Chair recommends the Legislator Committee to revoke the legislator statuses of is in the table below. If your legislator status has been revoked, you can always reapply. You can also find the legislator roster for this month attached at the bottom of this post.
