We would like to put emphasis on the fact that our states have seen similar issues of a seemingly never-ending internal conflict. Viliakmon has now recovered and formed stable institutions. Given the aforementioned, the attaché is tasked by the Office of the Head of State in providing advice on stabilizing the situation in Kofa Prosconi, if such request is made by Her Royal Majesty, Queen Louisa III.
