The embassies shall be held in Mirrey, RATSPT and the embassies represent their nations directly in Ryccia. Embassies might even make aid response quicker. Amended on November 8, 2014 and December 21, 2014 TSP Embassies Resolution #1: Bruuma, Sedunn, Ezelis and Kringalia: Article 1: Establishment: Section 1: Area of Establishment: Bruuma, Sedunn, Ezelis and Kringalia are allowed each to establish an embassy in the city of Mirrey. Bruuma in the Westice District, Sedunn and Kringalia on Capital District and Ezelis in Escade District. Section 2: Security: Security will be provided by the Mirrey Police or that nation's embassy. Article 2: Conflicts and Alliance: Section 1: Conflicts: Bruuma, Sedunn, Ezelis and Kringalia can engage in conflicts for or against Ryccia. However, if Ryccia is one of the main fighters and either of the four nations are one of the main fighters, then their embassies have the responsibility to try to resolve the conflict diplomatically. Section 2: Alliance: On terms of alliance, an embassy does not mean that Ryccia and (x) nation are allies. It means that they are closer and can arrange aid, treaties and other things quicker. A nation who wants to ally itself with Ryccia should send a document or a diplomat saying that (x) nation wants an alliance. Then the Ryccian Government may or not agree with an alliance. Article 3: Ambassadors: Section 1: Visas and Travel: Ambassadors will have a special visa to cross RATSPT. If the ambassador goes on a flight to any other Ryccian Territory and does not return to RATSPT or his or her nation and goes over the "Tourist Time"(1 week of visit), he or she will be arrested on that territory and taken back to the embassy, where the Ryccian Government will send a report telling what happened(This section has no effect due to amendment). Section 2: Crime: If an ambassador is found to do crimes(except the visa crime in Article 3, Section 1) then he or she will be arrested and put on trial, if the ambassador's nation allows it. The ambassador's nation may decide on Ryccia jailing him under Ryccian Authorities or to be transferred to his or her nation and be judged there. However, if it is a ticket sentence crime(like overspeeding), only Ryccia will sentence him or her since it is not a huge deal. However, a report about the ticket sentence crime shall be given to the ambassador's nation. Section 3: Treason: If a nation's ambassador is found guilty of diplomatic treason(fraud, espionage, etc.) and the treason was mandated by the ambassador's nation, this is labeled as international treason. The ambassador will be jailed with no interference from its nation and the embassy will be shut down until the nation issues an apology. The ambassador will still be arrested but the embassies can be reopened after the issue of apology(This article has no effect due to amendment). Article 4: Aid: Section 1: Military Aid: When one of the nations ask for a military aid from Ryccia, the Ryccian Government will consider the aid. Notice that there are four types of military aid: 1. Financial Aid: Only Money. 2. Mild Military Aid: Money and Weapons 3. Strong Military Aid: Troops, Money and Weapons. 4. Involvent Military Aid: Troops, Money and Weapons. Also the siding with the nation on the conflict. All nations wishing military aid must present a reason for why do they need aid. Section 2: Financial Aid: If a nation with embassies is in need of money, that nation may ask for financial aid from $0.01-$150 million in aid. However, a reason must be presented for the aid and how will they spend it. Section 3: Humanitarian Aid: A nation with embassies on Ryccia can ask for humanitarian aid. This one is the quickest we respond to. But that nation must present a reason for the aid and how will they use it. Ryccia can deliver it directly immediately in the case of a chaos in that nation. Article 5: Naming of Nations in the resolution: Section 1: Nations: The nations here in the resolution are The Voodoo People's Republic of Bruuma, The Kingdom of Sedunn, The Democratic State of Ezelis and The Pacific Republic of Kringalia.

Foreign Secretary Scott is concerned with Article 3 of the Ryccian Embassies Resolution. It is accepted practice that foreign diplomats should enjoy immunity. That resolution discards that principle and severely limits the immunity that our diplomats would enjoy. Furthermore, there is no mention on the extraterritoriality of the chancery and ambassador residences.

However, their nations can send them back by requesting for the ambassador to be freed and sent back to their nations, where maybe they'll be in trial. However, we will consider changing our laws.
