B&N's maps are under a Creative Commons license and under the ShareAlike terms the same licemse applies to my edits. You're free to use and edit the maps as long it is for non-commercial use and credit is provided to me and B&N.

TL;DR you're free to use them just no making money off it and you have to give us credit for the originals.

Yes. That was the idea.

Maybe the answers for GDP, military spending and nuclear armament could be plotted separately as well.
