We have nukes here, not because we intend to use them, but because they serve as a deterrent: any nation that tries to nuke us will receive what they deserve.

*Agrees with Darkstrait*
Deterent and intent to use are the same thing are they not? You do not intend to use them, but not until someone else sets the standard for using them. A standard that shouldn't happen. We don't have Nuclear weapons and you don't see us getting blown out of existance or invaded. The only road to peace is peace itself, and that applies for nuclear weapons as well.
An eye for an eye just makes the whole world go blind.

One general conclusion from the maps is that most active roleplaying nations are located in the western continents, for some reason!

Darkstrait did not have nuclear weapons, but Ryccia deployed several light nuclear missiles against us anyway. Sporaltryus threatened the use of nuclear weapons on the blockade that had been slowly strangling the country. Darkstrait seriously considered for a time the use of nuclear weapons against Qvaitican forts, Ryccian islands, and SJS warships. Nuclear weapons are, regrettably, necessary for survival in the region, at least if you plan to fight in any wars, at all.

Sedunn has no nuclear weapons and relies on the ability of the anti-air units to destroy incoming ICBMs and other carriers. Of course it would be very hard to destroy these weapons, but fortunatley Sedunn has never been under such attack, and it invests heavily in anti-air systems.

Yes, but Qwert, that's because you always tell all of us violent manly-men to quit being idiots at the beginning and then everyone knows you're neutral and doesn't bother you for the rest of the war.
