Honestly better than I could have wished for. It's gone from being one of the more poorly written treaties to one of the better treaties I've read. I will echo Glen-Rhodes's point that "wargames in warzones" really doesn't need to be explictly said and usually isn't, however, I'd vote for the treaty as is. It seems like a solid draft.
