Most are culturally Ryccian. But those who are different cultures are the Azimi Autonomous Division, Lyccia Autonomous Division, Flowerbell, Saini, Oberus, Avazpahah, Aralia, Mindonia, La Vina, Tigon and Crissenia.

What is with the autonomous regions?

Well, in Ry and Cia's case, Ry and Cia were the creators of Ryccia, so Ry and Cia get a lot of autonomy. But with the other autonomic divisions is that there were revolts in those divisions for autonomy and/or independence, so to calm them, Ryccia gave them autonomy status. It worked.

But in reality, all divisions are autonomous, but these divisions with "autonomous status" just have greater liberties and more autonomy than other divisions.

Darn. Forgot about some other divisions: Listberg, Talya and Moonlight. But Talya and Listberg share the same culture.
