To Amend our previous statement to an actual action for the Council, the Resentinian Delegation hereby requests the council to vote to authorize military force against Ryccia, as permitted under Chapter III, Section A, Article 22, subsection e, "Courses of action in response to international disputes and events, including the authorisation for the common use of force."

RESOLUTION 007 ON THE COLLECTIVE RESPONSE TO RYCCIAN AGGRESSION ON A MEMBER STATE In view of the aggression by the Ryccian Federation on a member of the Southern Cooperation Organisation, the Southern Council resolves as follows:
1. Condemnation of Ryccian Aggression The Southern Council condemns the aggression of the Ryccian Federation upon the Federal Union of Kyrini, Irikya, Siculite, Valivory and the Ryccian Republics as a threat to international peace and security and demands that it withdraw all invading forces immediately. 2. Legal Succession of Ryccia In compliance with Chapter V, Clause 1 of the Government Island Accord, this Council designates the Ryccian Federation as the legal successor of the Constitutional Monarchy of Ryccia, assigning all duties, responsibilities and penalties thereof. 3. Membership of the International Oversight Commission Clause 1 of Resolution 002 shall be amended insofar as the membership of the International Oversight Commission shall be as follows:
In compliance with Clauses 6 and 22(e) of the Charter, member states are encouraged to provide diplomatic and military assistance to the Federal Union, and to coordinate any further such assistance, in the goal of repelling any Ryccian invading forces that might be in the territory of the latter or on their way to the same or to the territory of any member state. Any such international coalition shall be designated as the International Security Command, and shall be led by an officer designated by the Secretary General, following proper consultation among the participating militaries. 6. Therefore, Clause 6 applies, and every member is called upon in the defence of our fellow member, the Federal Union. We must quickly organise and determine the next steps. In addition to what has been suggested in R007, we suggest that a joint military SCO staff, headed by the suggested officer, immediately is created. This staff should be tasked with combining intelligence and create the basis for a common situation awareness, and ultimately lead joint operations.
