The International Oversight Commission is merely the body tasked with overseeing the compliance of Ryccia with the Government Island Accord. Its membership was made so the two remaining original members were included, plus the Resentine Kingdom, which was instrumental in the previous conflict, and the Federal Union, which has key knowledge and understanding about Ryccia.
