"There is nothing for us to negotiate. Larue and Tatham want nothing less than the removal of President Rey and they have left a trail of blood to prove it. There was a lot of chuckles from the Hammerstarians. Priscilla didn't know what to say exactly, for one the SCO has undergone through massive amounts of political interventions.

Thought Priscilla, "a nation willing to annex a piece of land through military means is dedicated to uphold securty, if that upholds security then this council is run by loons!" "the position of the Republic of Kringalia is that it would be shameful for this Organisation to intervene so blatantly in the internal affairs of a member state?" Thought Priscilla, "Poppycock! The Government Island Accord, is that not a direct intervention? The Crownsville Summit, is that not a direct intervention? The International Security Command, is that not a direct intervention? "Mock me and my nation all you want, we can hear your insults quite clearly. None of you have any right to intervene here. For those of you easily swayed by the propaganda of those traitors in the Liberal Party it is easy to forget the criminals they are. Percy Larue was a man so corrupt the people rejoiced when he was removed from office. Instead of facing the courts he fled and formed his little band of terrorists. He's spent this year terrorizing eastern Kylon Province and has even admitted to organizing the assassination attempt against our President. Tatham paints himself as an innocent man framed for treason and terrorism yet now he has joined forces with the traitors and terrorists that make up the rest of his party.
"Fortunately despite setbacks in their pyrrhic victory in Kylon, we continue to advance on all fronts. Even President Rey was surprised at the magnitude of our success in Modia, and now their entire eastern front threatens to collapse. They've struggled to maintain their southern fronts since the start, and now we've taken their stronghold in Laucon. When Kylon falls the traitors will have nowhere to run. While I can not disclose our war plans we believe this rebellion may be over before the end of next month. "So yes, leave us be. This situation is under control. We demand only that all of you" - he glanced across the hall - "do not acknowledge these rebels. Already we have reason to believe someone is arming the communists and should anyone make any attempts you will find our military more than capable of defending our borders.

The ambassador sighed.
"You think we want this war? Peace just isn't an option. Every single one of these rebel groups want President Rey gone. A true peace just is not viable right now. "Let's assume here that Tatham drops his demands, and Rey and Tatham reach a miraculous agreement in which both retain their respective positions and the past month's events are forgiven. The fighting hardly ends there. Larue refuses to acknowledge our constitutionl, but even if he accepts it he demands to be reinstated as President. That requires that either President Rey steps down or that we force Tatham out of his Prime Minister position, and so far Larue and Tatham can not even agree on who should lead their own party. Even ignoring everything after his removal from office Larue still faces charges, especially his corruption case. The NAF and Communist Party both want our nations replaced with dictatorships under them, which we simply cannot accept. The leader of the NAF, Murphy Leveque, is also a convicted criminal broken out of a maxmium security prison and must serve out his remaining sentence. There just cannot be a reasonable plan for peace any of them will agree on, each has the goal of removing Rey from power and replacing it with their own government. "The only possible peace is in Cephio, but thus far our talks have been stalled by CLF militants."
Priscilla was unswayed. Since when does Martel have the idea to read her thoughts? "Such bullshit" she thinks. Since when the delegates of Farengeto have took heed of the insults of others? Maybe understanding what it feels like to be insulted may make them more humble. There are so many ways to place the delegations of Farengeto in a trial of fire..... But Priscilla aims for something more later on the future, and kept a sincere smile at those of Farengeto. Hammerstar is indeed prepared to help Farengeto as much as possible, and thus continued.

As with the SCO, we stand beside the Reyist forces as the true legitimate government of Farengeto. If however, those of Farengeto would need aid, Hammerstar would be glad to send a couple of our forces to aid your coalition. We urge that all nations follow respect their decisions." We are sorry to see Farengeto in such a situation. The polarised state Farengeto is in now will not disappear when the fighting has ended and there is a final victor. We urge Ambassador Franck Martel's government to call for a ceasefire now and refer to, and listen to, its people, in an election monitored by an independent commission. We hope also that there are nations that the combatants are willing to trust as mediators in the meantime.
