Dear legislators,

It has come to my attention that many legislators have voiced their opposition to this bill and they made a lot of good points. After consideration with other legislators, I have decided that I will drop this bill. I believe that this is over-legislation and unnecessary and would rather see the Legislator Committee perform the duties of the Parliamentarian, which is to inform and assist new legislators on matters pertinent to the Assembly.

I don't know if that was meant to be cruel, but it does come out as needlessly so.
