Your Honor,
After suppressing NHC's post, I realized I had made a mistake. I quickly unsuppressed the posts less than five minutes later and later apologized to NHC. To be clear, I did not dislike or hate NHC due to his support of Auphelia. Every candidate had my full support, including Auphelia, as shown in this post. For the 103 post rp, I was not online during that time and just heard about it now. I was at a sporting event at that time.
I do not actually have as much experience, I did not play during June and am only now looking into Auphelia's reign and learning from it for the better. I have been enforcing the rules as well, suppressing many posts from spammers such as the spammer that appeared on TSP today.

That is incorrect, as shown by this post.

Your Honor, I have additional evidence pertaining to the issue of Concrete Slab overly suppressing.

In the post that NHC quotes here, Concrete Slab states:
Quote:The RMB etiquette ain't the law, I am
This shows Concrete Slab's disregard for the rules, and the fact that he thinks he can suppress anything he wants with the power. Another Local Council member, The Solar System Scope, replied with "That is horribly incorrect", in this post, where he also proves NHC's reply as correct.

Later, in this post, Concrete Slab logs off and says "Playing dictator was fun!", which shows that he thought of that whole conversation half-jokingly, even though he was discussing serious manners, and everyone replying to him was serious.

That was one of two posts at the time on the mobile device. I checked in from the stands, suppressed it, asked for spoilers, and left. Since I was on a mobile device, I did not look at the surrounding posts.

I said that as a joke This is a video game and I am usually a lighthearted person. However, I admit the comment should not have been made. During her case, Auphelia even called herself corrupt here and still was proclaimed innocent, why should this be any different.

Your Honor,

The Complainant's Counsel relies heavily on hearsay and inadmissible evidence to this case.

The Complainant's Counsel states:

(11-27-2018, 11:03 PM)North Prarie Wrote: Now, I bring up another point related to the suppression: As a native of the RMB, I have seen many, many, roleplays go beyond the limit of 5 posts (Example: This roleplay, which goes 7 posts long and involves Concrete Slab, This roleplay, which goes 8 posts long, and This roleplay, which goes an incredible 103 posts long, maybe more, and which Concrete Slab was online for and didn't do anything about.) including many of that of Concrete Slabs', which is what Concrete Slab claims is the law. Almost all of these roleplays have not been suppressed.

However, the examples cited by the Complainant's counsel of Roleplay breaching the 5 post limit all occur within the last 24 hours of posting this testimony. Furthermore as proof to the inadmissible nature of the evidence provided by the Complainant's Counsel, a screen shot of the three links the Complainant's counsel has been provided below in examples 1-3.

It clearly shows no illegal Regional Message Board roleplay, and just NHC making points to Concrete Slab. As such, it should have not been suppressed whatsoever. This is in violation of article 2.2 of the Charter, which states that all South Pacificans have the right of "The freedom of speech, including the freedom of expression and the press." Concrete Slab suppressing a post that is not illegal and is only criticizing him is in clear violation of this article.

Your honour,

I would like to remind the court that suppressing posts is not actually a full curtailing of freedom of speech as suppressed posts are still visible by any parties who choose to view them.

I would like to, once again, explain that the posts suppressed were completely legal and not even the actual RP posts.
how am i even still a legislator at this point...?

I do not understand what the roleplays breaching the five post limit's time of posting have to do with it. It shows that roleplays breach the five post limit frequently, and are not suppressed.

I suppressed the roleplay where I was online. We have three Local Councillors for a reason.

The Court has no interest in the rules that regulate roleplaying on the Regional Message Board, since such roles have no relation to the presente criminal complaint.
