Actually the Sea of Comets only covers the waters between TSSS and plot 101, not the entirety of point 3.
4) and 7) could be named after the nearby islands, so:

@VPRB Well, as for 4) I'd call it personally the "Snovian Strait" or something like that (Snolland is north of the strait).
Alternatively I'd suggest "Mathioska Strait" based on the river flowing into that strait. Other name suggestions (I'll concentrate on the seas near my plots): 2) Atlantic Strait (Official Name since I own that plot  Thx to Frost and Escevola for noticing that  )4) Snovian Strait OR Mathioska Strait 5) Eastern See OR Astro Sea 6) South Gianlucian Sea OR Erinoran Sea 7) Revolution Strait

Hold your horses, we haven't decided which features to name yet!
 I made a mistake, my intention was to only name stuff that isn't entirely within someone's plot (that should be entirely up o the plot owner). 2, 15, 17 should not have ended up on the map.I've updated the map but I've refrained from renumbering the features so that the already submitted suggestions aren't ruined  I also added the small "mediterranean" sea at 24.Noting that there are no objections to the proposed bodies of water, I say we continue with the names. ![[-]](https://tspforums.xyz/images/sidr/blue/collapse.png)

1: North Pacific Ocean (because it's north of the South Pacific Ocean)
3: Sea of Frost (named after the Frost Empire) 4: Snovian Strait (GI-Land's suggestion) 5: Arebel Sea (semi-official name used by Farengeto and others) 6: Serevan Sea (named after Sereva) 7: Revolution Strait (VPRB's suggestion) 8: Irvidic Ocean (referring to a possible name - Irvid or something like that - of the landmass to the west) 9: Rainbow Sea 10: Bunker Sea (inspired by Escevola's idea of a "travelling through ocean", and to facilitate that, bunkering of supplies was offered on those islands) 11: Gulf of Sesslinn Sesslinn (the Sedunnic name for the area originally meaning "belly" or "treasure", referring to the rich trade it engaged in with the nations there) 12: Karnetvorian Channel (named after Karnetvor, an important early seafaring nation located there) 13: Transcrabrian Sea (from most peoples' point of view, the sea is on the other side of Crabry) 14: Gulf of Good Omen (an homage to Bonaugure that existed for a long time on the map, plot 043, bon augure is french with the same meaning) 16: Strait of Tanis (named after the Ubesiian city Tanis) 18: Ascension Strait (whatever La Ascension decides, it's his plots) 19: Lutra Strait (Sedunnic name I've used before) 20: Middle Sea (a less Latin name) 21: Eastern Ocean 22: Keylian Ocean 23: Cold Gates (Escevola's suggestion) 24: Sea of Loenn (named after the Sedunnic Loenn coast, which was an important place for the early cross-mediterranean trade)
I'd propose to name 11 in Austral, meaning something like "Gulf of" or "Sea" or whatever should be added, so it doesn't look completely out of place.
I hope that'd be no problem, as we all are still free to name all bodies of water however we want based on our IC-politics and/or conlangs.

I believe so. The naming the land masses and seas on the maps are more for being able to identify locations easier. And like the real world where there is the internationally accepted names and the names used in the local language.
