recently I received following letter from the Kingdom of Holy Free with their request to join the World Forum:

You know the drill according to Res. 2, Sec. D. You've got five days (until 01 March 2020, 19:15 h GMT+1) to decide in a vote, where you can vote Aye, Nay or Abstain, on whether to grant membership status to the kingdom.
