Tug of War III
The Government Strikes Back!

Rules:
- We start at 50.
- If you are just a citizen or a non-citizen count to 0.
- If you are currently holding elected or appointed office in the region count to 100.
- Lampshade Cabinet positions are considered elected or appointed office.

Whoever posts the 0 or the 100 gets to decide the rules for Tug of War IV.
