The Serres Republic for MoRA - Vote RON
#41

I understand both of your concerns. I am new to the region, I don't have a lot of experience, and it is a scary conecpt to go without a leader for another long while. However, this is my campaign and I believe that my drive, and the support of my fellow MoRA members, you both included will be enough to overcome the challenges ahead.

In the mean time, why don't the three of us work together on projects for the ministry as equals Smile. Just because we have no minister doesn't mean production has to stop Smile.

I do however, understand if you don't believe in me xD I know I wouldn't if the roles were reversed, so just know that you both have my support, no matter how the election pans out and that I am uber willing to work with (or for, depending) the both of you as we shape MoRA into a bright future Smile.

I have every intention of working with you, but the Minister gets Regional Officer powers that could be used to recruit and to advertise. Also polls and Coup Tuesday.

If nominations are re-opened, you'll have my support. I don't like the way your opponents are campaigning and I don't appreciate Punchwood's PM trying to pressure me into changing my vote.

Just do me one big Favor Cor, please stop mentioning private messages publicly. It is disrespectful to the people sending the message and makes you look rather uncol Smile

This is just friendly advice though. Thanks for you support.

There is a distinct difference between a campaign message and a truly private message. I presume anyone voting to re-open nominations in this race is receiving this message, so it is only quasi-private, at best. And citizens certainly have the right to know that a candidate is privately campaigning against the re-opening of nominations.

There's no law to say candidates can't PM you about their decisions. It is perfectly fine, all you have to say is I'm not changing my vote, so I'm sorry but please don't PM me about this again.
Also, you have no concept of truly Private Messages.

Hey, I have a bunch of issues. You don't need to care.

That's honestly not that big of a deal, but I'm sure this election will be the impetus for us to get rid of it.

No one tells me how I should vote.

Coup Tuesday is a practice I started when I was Delegate and that was briefly revived during the Feirmont Administration, that involved setting themed World Factbook Entries for a couple of days every Tuesday. Themes ranged from a complete translation in Spanish to House of Cards, going through Lord of the Rings and the Twilight Zone.

Just a statement about The pm's being sent to voters in order to get them to change their Vote from RON to a specific Candidate:

'Meh.'

That is all ;P.
