That however does not account for (a) what is being done to develop the recruitment and training capabilities of our own military and (b) why was all that not done during this term.

We are employing the services of Wolf, who has restarted the NPA successfully, and I will work with him to restart the SPSF as well, with the approval of the current MoA.

Considering that you're the only MoA candidate who can actually ever make updates, it seems that you're the only real option. Good luck to you.

Thank you, Sopo.

What do you have to say about the survey published in the Southern Journal, citing the public opinion that you are one of the most inactive and little-known ministers?

My fault for not using the RMB, stamps, telegrams, dispatches, scripts, etc.

Ironically, from my quick observation, even though I appointed you as Deputy of recruitment and your activity on the RMB is high, you never did bring in a recruit from the RMB. I'll answer Escade's in a separate post.

Update (times) is(are) when the game updates all regions and nations. What happens during update is that the game goes through issues, passing legislation and giving you a new one if that is in your options. At major update, midnight EST, the game also goes through the WA Census reports.

Every region has a relatively different update time. The game can't handle all these at once, you know. Anyways, some regions update really late, I.e. :55:xx and later, and these are used as jump points. (Note: When a nation updates in a region, it becomes useless for the rest of the update)

Normally, in the week, I cannot ever make minor update (noon EST), due to school, and I can make major update, but it won't be my full effectiveness. On the weekend and vacations, I can usually make both updates with ease, assuming I'm not doing anything in RL.

Hope it answers your question.

What is your analysis of the above logs and what is your answer to the questions within? How do you think you qualify in the qualities mentioned, and are you up for what is drawn up here?
@MallRiva: Pants are like defenders: they stifle all the fun and no one actually wants them around at a party.

I find the information within to be entirely true. While I didn't find any serious questions with a mark(Blue_Woffles >_>), I will say I have been involved in military leadership before, and the current Officer of the SPSF, Farengeto, has been trained to withstand criticism. I believe I am up to the challenge as well.

In order to get, "A unified army with skill, dedication, ability, and cooperation. . ." One must first be able to find people to who do the simple jump and succeed bit. After that, skill can be trained, dedication can be earned, ability will come gradually, and cooperation can be formed out of the basic jump and succeed. Time is needed for this, and if it takes 4 months to train one person for this, then by God let's hope it only takes 3 months for the next. Like with the recruits learning more and more, the trainers will learn more and more as well, in the discipline they are training in, and will be able to do It faster, more efficient, and better each time.

While I am certainly not the best man for the job in NS, I believe I am the best man for the job here in TSP that's willing to try myself for the position of MoA.

Let the Military Begin.

If you wanted some more, feel free to ask.
