No nation in TSP would attempt an invasion, at least not alone; their casualties would be staggering.

However, I'm not sure the RATSPT would be able to maintain a population of 2 million and I don't believe that it could afford a navy consisting of 126 ships, of which many are very large and expensive, but I like the ambition of the factbook.

But, maybe there could be a military exercise between Sedunn and Ryccia/RATSPT in the polar region?

I meant compared to other armies(your armies are at least 100,000? Or am I mistaken?). And people immigrated there because Ryccia is overpopulated, and because Ryccia advertised the immigration(literally, many TV ads, many billboard ads, even internet pop-up ads, advertising a cold place where you can start a new life and such. Some even said "Are you brave enough to move to the freezing RATSPT?"). Regularly, you can see two heaters in each house and people with many layers of warm clothing outside.

And its navy, didn't you read that Ryccia paid almost all of it? The little guy can't afford it all.
