As President of the Southern Council, I affirm the Kringalian representative's views that a non-member may not speak before the Council, unless there are exceptional circumstances that necessitate otherwise. In all other circumstances, a non-member who has a message for members of the Southern Council should pass it to the Council President.
Furthermore, I'd like to remind the Resentine representative of the need to maintain the decorum of the proceedings of Council. Should the representative continue to deliver remarks in such an accusatory tone, I will notify the Serjeant-at-Arms to remove him from the Council chamber immediately

We will remain neutral on this, as supporting or opposing a side could conflict with our interests. But trying to invade someone to put a puppet government is unacceptable, and we condemn Qvait for this. We are sorry to be involved in this, and we genuinely did not knew, as only three people, not the government, agreed on this horrid operation(Awe, you can't expell me, as I am an observer).

I would like to explain on the behalf of the Qvaitican people. Please do not punish Qvait as a whole for the actions of a select few of government officials who, as of today, will be subject to a House Committee on the Judiciary which will put President Gabriel West and five others on trial and may impeach a number of them if they are all equally guilty.

We disagree with Qvait. Sporaltryus was suspended for a long time, giving them a fair punishment.
