[PASSED] Regional Officers Act ambiguity - Farengeto - 10-20-2020

Quote:2. Regional Officers

(2) The Prime Minister will be grantedĀ all non-Border Control powers.

(3) TheĀ remaining Cabinet ministers will be allotted between one and four up to three Regional Officer positions and granted Appearance, Communications, and Polls powers. They will decide which Cabinet ministers among them will be granted Embassies power.

Fairly self-explanatory. Clause is ambiguous about whether it includes PM.

From internal discussions amongst the Cabinets and CRS, most of us seemed to agree five Cabinet ROs were too many (we were leaning only assigning half that) so I've gone for the interpretation where there are between 1 to 4 total Cabinet RO, including the PM.

All of the Cabinet ministers should be granted RO positions if there is space.
