The Leader and King Gianluca IV. was ever interested in reading the Koran and was also happy to have now Huawanian (?) tea for work.
Many thanks go out to the Peony. Furthermore he would like to accept the invitation of the Ura'sia too. He hopes to change a few words with the Ura'sia while he is there, so a first step for bilateral agreements between the both neighbouring nations can be done. If this is not possible, he added, that the invitation by GI-Land for a state visit of the Ura'sia is still present and hasn't been answered yet. The Peony doesn't come out at the short end of course. She's also cordially invited to visit GI-Land whenever it is possible to her and eat lunch with the Leader.

Chancellor Harald Schmidt (SLP) confirmed today, what many people were afraid of: He won't candidate for Chancellery again in 2017. He announced that on a press conference today in the evening. Getting asked for the reasons, Schmidt answered, that he would be tired of this job and wants to retire and live his life outside of the politics. The Königspalast-media-spokesperson Max Lunte denied, that Schmidt would retire due to his health. SLP and especially the Leader now has to find a new candidate, that's popular enough among the people, but trustworthy and loyal enough, to not increase the tensions between the people, especially the people of Atlantis, and the Leader, while enforcing the Leader's policy. This choice will be hard to make for Gianluca IV.

Sedunnic king Vimmru II has declined the offer to attend the Vamapin Siread sutaciraduinea, due to "obligations in Sedunn related to the National Day celebration the 15th". The vice-head of state, foreign minister Hevv Gjieramm, will go in his place.
Winter Sky Festival Organizer Aoi Sorano was deeply surprised and humbled at the news that the Imperial Union's monarch would the festival. Sorano expressed hope that the two nations would mend ties as President Kensei announced that he would happily provide the necessary security for heads of states to enjoy the festival

Resentine Officials in the Federal Healthcare and Drug Agency have authorized the testing of MDMA to possibly treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This runs counter to a previous overall ban on the drug, in place since 1987. Officials have stated that if MDMA were to pass testing, it would remain a highly regulated prescription drug.
