The WPR has stated that they will withdraw from the Non-agression pact if the Frost Empire allows Ryccian troops to enter the province. The Empire has attempted to reassure the rebel parties involved in the peace process that Ryccian troops will not be allowed to land on the Province unless they were part of a world forum peacekeeping initiative.
