In an interview President Blanc was asked what she thought it meant to be an Izaakian in the 21st century. She replied
“That is an interesting question, other nations often say being their nationality about living for liberty, fair play, democracy, however, I believe this to be nothing more than changed verses. If you ask a 7 year old Gianaltan child what makes their country great, they would recite freedom, democracy and rule of law. If you asked an Izaakian child they say things like clean water or nice parks, which shows Izaakias uniqueness, from a young age Izaakian children are taught to think critically and not to recite mantras. This questioning and rational curiosity is what makes Izaakia unique. To be Izaakian is not an ethnicity or a nationality, it is a way of living, to never accept “No” as an answer, to never accept what you are told without proof, to never be satisfied without one more obstacle overcome, to be Izaakian is the curse of forever chasing after the next target or intrigue”
