Therefore, we are ready to deploy a first airborne contingent of Bruuman and Puerto Polloan troops to Aquica to repel the imminent Qvaitian invasion. We will also send attack helicopters and jet fighters to support the defense. We now await for your formal acceptance of our offer and the permission to use one of your airports to land and station our aircrafts. The 1st Flotilla of the Sedunnic Navy, reinforced with divisions of the 3rd, was sent to the international waters between the two warring nations. Its mission was to, by sheer presence, block the closest path for invasion fleets to obstruct a serious escalation of the war. The mission planners hoped that trying to circumvent the formation would take to long and expose the transport ships to the counterparts defensive measures.

Secretary Scott would like to express the sadness and profound regret of the Kringalian Government over the breakdown of relations between Qvait and Sporaltryus. We regard both as major powers in the South Pacific and the leading nations in the transportation and integration projects that had been planned for the next few months. This is therefore an unexpected and disturbing turn of events, one from which neither the Republic of Kringalia nor the South Pacific should excuse themselves.
We extend a hand of friendship to both governments, urging them to negotiate a peaceful solution to this conflict, for their own sakes and that of the South Pacific. If necessary, President Vannelli is willing to serve as arbiter, and extends an invitation to the Qvaitican and Sporaltryan Governments to meet in North and talk peace. Sporaltryus could care less about the government of Qvait, but it cannot reaveal the reason why we are attacking just yet.
A message from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Karnetvor to the governments of the Pacific Republic of Qvait and the Federal Republic of Sporaltryus.
We are deeply concerned about the state of relations between Qvait and Sporaltryus and we hope for a diplomatic and peaceful resolution to the conflict. Although we will remain neutral, we urge the Government of Qvait to stop the illegal naval blockade of the Sporaltryan coasts. We are algo concerned about the possible incursions of Qvaitican warships in the territorial waters of the United States of Kalukmangala and worried that would only cause the escalation of the conflict.
