With their carefully crafted dinosaur suits they surely stand out from the Harbour Workers' Union ahead, and the 131st Mechanised Company marching behind. In a typical student manner, they have "pimped" the dinosaurs with different hats and gadgets normally not associated with these long extinct creatures. Adding to the strangeness, they march strictly like their colleagues behind.

After crossing the bridge, the paraders assemble in the Teivvte Square along with those watching for King Vimmru's speech.

Top Secret Plans Leaked

Niulandsheim. Another confidential document from the Transsunierian Ministry for Foreign Relations has been leaked, as first reported by the Regonerblat. The document concerns future security collaboration between Transsuneria and Sedunn and Karnetvor, the nations that helped end the devastating Second Transsunerian Civil War and still have peacekeeping troops in Transsuneria.

Called "Future Securtiy - Alternative 1", the comprehensive document describes a suggestion on organisation of the Transsunerian defence and its approach to foreign affairs and is written by the Transsunerian Commission for Security to the government. Described as the the preferred alternative, the document proposes attaining a guarantee of independence by Sedunn and a similar guarantee from Karnetvor, and requesting peacekeeping troops for an additional five years. It is also suggested that Transsuneria should offer the possibility of Sedunn renting the harbour in Tursund, northern Transsuneria, for 20 years to enable the establishment of a "logistics support base" to back the peacekeeping mission and a more permanent military presence.

The document further suggests requesting Sedunn and Karnetvor to deploy a "military contingent" consisting of one mechanised battalion, two light mechanised infantry battalions, a logistics support battalion and anti-air missile batteries, and additional state loans. With this, the Commission deems it sufficient for Transsuneria itself to only raise up to six "self-defence infantry battalions".

Erinor has been left out of the document, either meaning it is not being considered for Alternative 1, or that the document predates Erinor sending troops to Transsuneria. The content appears to have been discussed with the Sedunnic government with "positive feedback".

President Emil Palmann expressed his discontent with the leak in a short press conference, calling it "nothing less than blatant treason". Palmann ordered the Spesialpolitsi (Special Police) to investigate the matter and arrest those responsible for the "deplorable act".

In the Sedunnic news and talk morning television show Jufdai the Sedunnic Defence Minister Derrns Kappsaty (who was invited to discuss the escalating conflict on Sereva Island) commented on the leak.

"We are indeed committed to continue aiding Transsuneria. There are multiple ways of doing this, and several alternatives have been discussed with Niulandsheim. We listen to their needs and we tell them how we can help. While I can't comment on other specifics in the document, I can confirm that Sedunn has offered a guarantee of independence to Transsuniera".

It is likely that such a guarantee will be backed by a more permanent military precense, such as suggested by the Commission.

This is a developing story, we will ask for a formal reply from Karnetvor.

BREAKING | Agreement on non-aggression pact

Grovne. The peace conference between the Frost Empire, the WPR and the RDC hosted in Grovne by the Sedunnic government has been concluded after a whole night of negotiations at an undisclosed location. In a brief press conference, Sedunnic foreign minister Hevv Gjieramm presented an agreement between the three participating parties of the Reizen Civil War. The RIM declined to attend.

The parties agree on a non-aggression pact until the RIM has been defeated. The Frost Empire will then allow a referendum on decentralisation of power, which shall be carried out by neutral nations of the World Forum. The three parties will accept the result whatever the outcome of the voting. The WPR and the RDC will be allowed to form their own political parties.

Sedunn has pledged to send units specialised in intelligence gathering, combat in contaminated environments, and disarmament of chemical weapons as well as antidotes. This move has prompted the Sedunnic Security Service to increase its threat level to a 4 out of 5, due to possible retaliation from the RIM. Sedunn will also hand over the warships to the Frost Empire that was impounded when the RDP crossed the Sedunnic border.

"This agreement is a historical achievement, and we are now just a little bit closer to restoring peace in Reizen. Sadly, the RIM would not attend this conference. Their ruthless actions and refusal of a peaceful settlement is a tremendous threat to all the population of Reizen, and now we, the unlikeliest of allies, have come together to stop a bloodbath" Mr. Gjieramm said.

Neither of the representatives of the parties of the war chose not to attend the press conference, due to concerns for their personal safety, referring to press conferences to be held later.

The agreement does not address the issue of war crimes committed by the WPR and makes no mention of other nations that have expressed an interest in a campaign against the RIM.

BREAKING | Sedunnic strike against the RIM

Grovne. The Sedunnic defence minister Derrns Kappsaty has confirmed that the strike against a RIM chemical weapons artillery facility in Reizen yesterday was carried out by the Sedunnic Armed Forces.

"I can now confirm that commandos from the Special CBRN Operations Unit tracked down deliveries from a chemical weapons artillery facility used by the RIM and successfully took it out on yesterday morning. The strike was carried out within the agreement of the Grovne Peace Conference."

This is the first report of Sedunnic military activity in Reizen. Kappsaty further noted that the ministry had waited until the operation was completely over not to compromise it or any individuals involved. He did not go into further details about the operation for operations security reasons. He declined to comment on if there has been other similar operations.

POLITICS | Government to approve funding for religious buildings

Grovne. Sedunnic law prohibits the state from funding religious organisations, but the Christian Community of Sedunn (Sedunnejj Krisstusset Runngissti) and the Sailor's Mosque (Seifibō Polt) have pleaded for support in maintaining and renovating some of their buildings. Now a law which allows the state to fund the maintenance of privately owned buildings with "a significant historical value" has been found to still be applicable by the Supreme Administrative Court. The Sedunnic government has decided to provide funding for two buildings: the Trinity Church in Grovne and the Sailor's Mosque in Grovne. The amount has not been decided.

Finished in 1625, the Trinity Church was the first permanent Christian church to be allowed in Sedunn due to popular demand by the growing Christian community. Christianity was introduced in Sedunn by Sedunners and foreigners engaged in trade in what is called the Seslinn in Sedunnic, the sea between the Western and the Mid-Southwestern Continent. Today about 10% of the population of Sedunn is Christian.

The Sailor's Mosque was also built by Sedunners and foreigners engaged in the Seslinn trade. The famous naval captain Matts Bakkallu who married Shao Feng from Huawan is believed to be the initiator. Finished in 1785, the Mosque has been visited by muslim travellers and sailors from all over the world and is owned by the Friends of the Sailor's Mosque (Seifibō Poltō Nuvnlē), a non-profit organisation.

CRIME | Peter Jones likely murdered

Famous Bruuman dissident Peter Jones was found dead in his restaurant yesterday morning. Likely a murder, says the Sedunnic police. Bruuman involvement speculated.

Kodull. Yesterday morning Bruuman dissident Peter Jones was found dead in his bistro "Ressī 2666" outside Kodull, Sedunn. His employees say they could immediately feel that something was wrong when they arrived at their workplace. In the kitchen, they found Mr. Jones' lifeless body, and he had been dead for hours. The police soon established that it was not a death by natural causes, but has not released any further details. There are currently no suspects.

Former Bruuman national Mr. Jones came to Sedunn in 2008 and was granted refugee status. During his first years in Sedunn he gave lectures on his former life as an investigator in the Bruuman police and his perspective on life in totalitarian Bruuma. He was also a frequent guest in various Sedunnic TV shows. In 2012 he retired from his public life and in 2013 he opened a small bistro outside Kodull. He named the bistro "2666", which is the height of Mt. Laveau, highest in Bruuma. The bistro serves traditional Bruuman food.

Often outspoken and critical towards the regime in Bayougrad, Mr. Jones often provoked the Bruuman embassy, which on several occasions submitted formal protests to end what it called "lies" and "fiction". The Sedunnic government did not comply, citing the freedom of speech laws. In 2011 however, Sedunnic Minister of Migration and Integration, Boe Linnienn said that Peter Jones complicated Sedunno-Bruuman relations, a statement he later regretted and wanted to dissociate himself from.

Given the embassy's sentiments towards Mr. Jones and the outcome of the Government Island Summit where the Peony, Dr. Yan agreed to withdraw from the joint ballistic missile programme with Bruuma after the Sedunnic government threatened to impose trade restrictions, speculations on Bruuman "show of force" have started. The Sedunnic government has refused to comment on the murder and the speculations.

The International Liberal Student Association (ILSA) plans a demonstration against violence and to show support of Peter Jones tonight at the Bruuman embassy in Grovne:
