Finance Minister Amadeus Pond has described the GI Land decision to lift what he described as “illogical sanctions” as “late, but a welcome return to sense”, he later said that it will take time to rebuild political and economic trust with GI Land, however, it is a goal worth pursuing, as both nations have a lot to offer each other, and that he will be working on rebuilding that relationship.

In a Somewhat emotional and Powerful speech, King Joshua VII called on the World Forum to pass the WF Reform Resolution and to prevent the Genocide of foreign citizens in Boulder.
Prime Minister Galen Hughes has told the press that David Grey cannot stay in power. WF Ambassador Howard Brown has put his full support for the WF Reform Resolution.
Through recruiting soldiers and transferring soldiers from the larger armies, five more Nicholas supporting armies have been deployed at multiple towns. An army lead by Lieutenant Colonel Leslie Davies have invaded Rhyl and are heading towards Liverpool to help Marshal General Lewis' army in their invasion of Liverpool. Brigadier Mia Carkin's army have captured Oban to establish a stronger presence in the north. Commander Bertrand Carrol's army have invaded Clevedon and are heading towards Bristol. General Tyrone Henthorn's army have been deployed in Penzance, the closest to London Nicholas' side has gotten to. Commander Dave Harding's army have captured Bridlington and are fighting in Driffield. The government's side have also created new armies.
Grimsby has fallen to Nicholas' side and Roseberry's army have retreated from the Brecon Beacons to the town of Garth. Marshal General Dyson has called the battle an important victory for the government side.
The Gianlucian Ministry of Domestic Affairs has instructed the municipalities to prepare for a possible presidential election in early June. Every Gianlucian citizen, who is at least 18 years old, can already register their candidacy as of today.

As first course of action, the Sænat, now in its first session of the 47th legislature, ratified the Charter of the World Forum. According to the Charter, Eflad has now become a full member of the World Forum.

The Madeleine Framboise protests strike again as education minister Eurus Volk was struck by the small jammy cake when visiting a school. A 5 year old whose name cannot be disclosed has been apprehended however the police and minister have said that no charges will be filed. It is believed the lunchbox assault was aided and abetted by a conspiracy of minors, parents of the child in question have claimed not to have given the child a Madeleine Framboise for lunch.

King and Leader Gianluca IV has announced, he would run for presidency, shall the public decide on a switch to "normal" parliamentary democracy.

An anonymous member of the Sedunnic embassy staff has revealed that King Vimmru "personally shot at least two enemy fighters" during the Embassy Siege in Hawk. Vimmru is currently recovering from shrapnel wounds but is expected leave hospital soon.
Lieutenant Colonel Davies' army have reached Liverpool and Liverpool is now being attacked from two sides. Reinforcements are on their way to help defend Nicholas and Great Britain's fourth largest city. Commander Carrol's army have reached Bristol and are now in battle. Government forces from Warrington, Wigan and St Helens have attacked Marshal General Lewis' forces in Liverpool and Runcorn. General Henthorn's forces are in battle in St Ives. Nicholas' army have won the battle of Cramlington and are attacking Newcastle. Gainsborough has fallen to John Evington's army. More government forces have been sent to defend Doncaster, Sheffield and Chesterfield. Marshal General Dyson's army, who have recently got reinforcements have attacked Roseberry's army in Garth. Roseberry's soldiers have been reported to be tired and demotivated due to the recent streak of losses. Nicholas has told Marshal General Roseberry not to surrender under any circumstances.
