What's the timezone of my plot?

B&N made this map with time zones, accessible from the first post. Huawan is in the blue time zone, which (likely) is five hours behind the easternmost countries (we don't have an UCT). I'd view the map as more of a suggestion than an absolute truth, though, because unlike the climate and the elevation of mountain ranges for example, this would ultimately be determined by the governments of the respective nations.

Lunato (meant to be the separate nation; I'll edit up above) and Cronotopo are each my puppet nations. I made different nations to fit with modern tech role-play since my main, Transtemporal Shifts, is future tech. Let me know if I am being confusing.
