Alright, since the Delegate now formally supports a recall, I motion we bring this to vote.
Hey guys -- Pen TG'd a message offering her resignation. I think should actually negate a recall, correct?

Resignations cannot be accepted or denied, per a Supreme Court ruling. Once submitted they are effective.
