I no longer know what to think of this Assembly. It's becoming a group of the same posters that shoot down any idea that doesn't involve amending large chunks of the Charter, because it's overlegislation. And we wonder why people don't feel inclined to participate?

Newsflash: The Assembly is supposed to make laws. How about we start making some?

Really. I think GEs idea of authorizing the Chair to make spelling and numbering changes, AFTER logging it in an assembly thread is the best compromise. Im all for it.

That's a facetious and absurd definition. "Passage of legislation" cannot possibly be interpreted to give authority to alter laws after they have passed.
