Asking someone to change their vote is not "pressure" I'm simply campaigning.

I presume anyone voting to re-open nominations in this race is receiving this message, so it is only quasi-private, at best. And citizens certainly have the right to know that a candidate is privately campaigning against the re-opening of nominations.

No not everyone is getting that message as they are all different and personal. I hate mass PM asking you to change your vote so all my PM's are personally written and are different.
