Quick question: how come in the elimination round 1 you have the two higher seeds playing against each other? I know in many tournaments the higher seeds would play the lower seeds so I would like some clarification on that.

Well, it could just as well have ended up being the other way around. Either you don't want to make it too hard for the "weaker" teams, or you want to sort out the best teams as early as possible. The most logical choice, I admit, would have been to have the the higher seeds play the lower seeds.

Question: Like we all know, in the knockout-stage draws are something very special, because first there will be extra time and next maybe even a penalty shootout.
If the dice tell us, that the game is a draw after 90 minutes, how will you proceed to determine the score after 120 minutes or even the result of a penalty shootout?
