I think, as a general rule of thumb, what we see in Star Trek/Wars/Gate, Mass Effect etc, except for psy powers or the Force (and no Q from the Continuum, if you know that guy... Tounge). That is, loose but still not too OP.

I had prepared a grid version actually Happywide

So, I have updated the map with a new scale (making the map almost twice as big), added a grid version, and updated and clarified my calculations. Our playground is about 5 times as big as where the all the action takes place in the Star Trek series.

Qwert what's the speed limit for FTL travel? Especially for warp travel since the area is much smaller than I anticipated I'm the trying to scale back my own FTL capabilities which are currently capped at 100~150 light years per hour.
