As of today, 17/04/1620, by royal decree all existing ambassadorial Legates are henceforth promoted to the rank of High Legate as multiple Legates will be required for multiple embassies in one nation. Henceforth there will be three diplomatic ranks. Legate for planetary embassies, Major Legate for embassies on sector capitals and High Legate in charge of embassies on capital worlds and diplomatic missions to xeno nations.

As a result of the Kontauri Integration Act, all male Kontauri have become full citizens of the Stoinian Star Kingdom. Their homeworld Kontaurius now also serves as the capital of the Kontauri Ascendancy, a collection of 13 Kontauri colonies. The Kontauri Ascendancy has been designated a special integration zone which will help the Kontauri integrate over the course of 5 T-years. Zir Kotto has been appointed the Viceroy of Kontaurius and Prime Minister Malakai as its Planetary Governor. Major Legate Lucius Avitus Aetius has been appointed as head of government of the Kontauri Ascendancy and will supervise the larger integration of the Kontauri Ascendancy into the Star Kingom.

After learning of the title bestowed upon King Andrei of Stoinia by the Kontauri, some Ryccian nationalists are calling for the Emperor to be granted extra titles. The Office of Public Affairs of the Armed Forces has made a surprise announcement today. The Stoinian Foreign Legion has been announced as a new contingent for the Armed Forces which is dedicated to ensure a place for foreigners, from a select series of species, to serve the Star Kingdom and eventually gain citizenship after 5 years of service. Lieutenant General Koeremoer, the designated Commander of the Foreign Legion, said the following: ''With this new program we hope to show the sector that we offer willing people to choice to obtain Stoinian citizenship. After all, those who are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice should be rewarded. Service guarantees citizenship!" When confronted why some species couldn't serve the Office responded by stating that the military is still figuring out details for accommodations of more exotic species. They assured that this will change in due time and all species can serve eventually.

On the planet of Serida, the local Senator has come under fire for his comments regarding the Stoinian Star Kingdom after he gave an interview to the National Serida Network, a subsidiary of the NIN there. In it, he described the Stoinian politicians he met during the Stoinian King's visit as "very humble and amicable individuals whom I had a lovely chat with. It was an interesting experience, one I reflected on deeply". Whilst there are no signs he is in catastrophic political trouble, the anti-Stoinian sections of the planet were outraged. A small protest outside his Senatorial offices in the capital was mostly peaceful, but it was dispersed by riot police after radicals began to throw lethal objects at security guards, including aging rakes and decrepit house appliances.

Following reports of Anti-Stoinian sentiment on a rural Ryccian planet called Serida, the Stoinian Chancellor has bought a full stock of Seridan beer. As well as outlining guidelines for both Ryccian and Stoinian beverage companies to expand their businesses extranationally.
"Senator Klaest was an excellent fellow at the ball. He showed me that the Ryccian Frontier and Stoinian culture have similarities. Who am I to turn down beer from such a cheerful fellow? Hopefully this serves as a proof to the Ryccians that we aren't uncivilized barbarians."
The Chancellor mimicked Kontauri speech and accent with the last two words. Controversially, Serida has also become one of the first planets where recruitment ads for the Stoinian Foreign Legion have been spread. Ryccian ultranationalist are already calling to cease all diplomatic ties over this matter.

After a few days of recruitment on Serida, 15 Terrans have joined the Stoinian Foreign Legion. Lieutenant General Koeremoer has been caught saying the following: "We see this as an absolute win! This is the first stepping stone of recruits in the Legion however small. I'm sure now that we will start with recruitment on more populated worlds, as well as in the Drakari Celestial Imperium and the Treecuu Star Empire, we certainly will gain more recruits and training of the Legion can commence at once!"
