Commodore Yaar Squadron of the Joint Exploratory Fleet has successfully established contact with the Zelvan Regime. Reports are still under review, but so far the Zelvan Regime seems to be an isolationist nation. Communications have been established with the Treecuu Star Empire and the Stoinian Star Kingdom. The nation particularly also seems to maintain the institution of slavery and have a complex caste system. All parties have agreed to not trespass the Zelvan-Treecuu border for an undetermined time. Whether formal relations will be maintained is as of yet unknown. An official statement from the Stoinian and Treecuu government have yet to be stated.
Other governments may request the location of the Zelvan Regime to the Treecu and Stoinian governments.

Resulting the Stoinian Chancellery Elections, King Andrei has moved the Joint Exploratory Fleet under complete military jurisdiction following Chancellor-Elect Ryan Adams' claims to dismantle the Exploratory Fleet. The opposition has called this action "unconstitutional" and "dictatorial. Legal experts have stated that the King has this power however and is completely within his right to do so. The military has also supported the King's choice.
Strategos Hague: "The recent threats of Chancellor-Elect have shown us that he wishes to disrupt long-term military operations. The Joint Fleet was created in good spirit by Chancellor Sheridan and the military agreed to share this responsibility. It's also stipulated that the joint Fleet uses military assets and personnel and ultimately answers to the Stoinian Armed Forces. King Andrei's actions are just and pre-emptive. He acted to preserve military long-term goals and the Royal War Council fully endorses his decision to retract civilian co-operation in the oversight of the project."

Chancellor Ryan Adams has officially ended his administration's support for the Thousands Worlds plan. The plan was meant to broaden internal Stoinian markets by colonizing a thousand more worlds. Ryan has been caught stating that we must broaden our markets outwards by colonizing outwards. As of this moment, it is yet unclear whether Ryan Adams will broaden trade agreements with other star nations. This seems unlikely as he is a staunch xenophobic politician.

Despite the Stoinian Chancellor's comments, a new wave of Drakari missionaries have arrived at Shikoku, Paragon, Italia and other Nova Roman colonies. Especially Drakari missionaries have taken a keen interest in debating religion philosophies all throughout the Star Kingdom. Drakari missionaries have been noted to shout "Have you room for the wisdom of Shayla?" around Stoinian markets. In the Nova Roman colonies and Paragon this method has seen great success at starting a conversation. Luckily, the caution campaign against hugging Drakari has proven successful and no one was injured.

Meanwhile the Drakari Ambassador in Sinaia has voiced his sadness concerning Chancellor Adams' recent boycott of a new shipment of cigars to Drakari Imperium: "This is unfortunate! Just now these quality cigars were beginning to gain even more traction in Drakari stock markets. Hopefully, the Chancellor will change his stance in the name of interstellar peace and prosperity."

Breaking News: The Stoinian metropolis world of Cornucopia has been isolated due to an incursion. Military officials have explained that they are of the Venterran Federation. Reports indicate them to be fellow Terrans. In response the Stoinian Government has voted in favour of a declaration of war, following the example of the King and the military. Although this vote had its critics, Chancellor Adams supported this measure. As of now, the Stoinian Star Kingdom is officially at war and the military is taking over the tasks of government in accordance with the MacArthur Laws. The ministry of foreign affairs has sent out a message to all known star nations to reveal whatever information they have to defeat the Venterrans. Diplomatic efforts have proven to be futile as the Venterrans are out for blood.

A group of Cabinet members who were fortunate to be spared the State Security Council's mass arrests on Anobel have declared an interim government, with their highest-ranked minister, the Vonmisian Minister of Communications Mihard Alirec, being declared Acting Chancellor for the time being. The interim government has ordered all military forces to refuse any and all orders from the State Security Council.

The Stoinian King has issued the following statement through High Legate Sinclair concerning the current developments in the Ryccian Empire. "The Stoinian people stands firmly with with the Ryccian people. It is indeed a dark day when two shining beacons of democracy have grown dimmer in such a short while. We hope that our Ryccian brethren stay calm during these troubled times and remain the same beacon of peace and prosperity. The State Security Council has been dissolved. The coup has ended. All military and police units involved are standing down. The Cabinet is returning to Daonlathas to "re-establish" civil control of the government.
