She also said hello to the Xincha, and says to her that it's been quite a time since their last meeting, and asks her to have the next one in a cafe at government island. She left the other dignitaries to bicker, and took the car to the airport. While Knightisian Representative Reinhardt Friegemött took the electric car back to the local bar, The Peony briefed Lady-Miss Diao Chan and Royal Premier Sima Yi, on The Peonic attitude towards the Harm-Gord chamber, much to her surprise are the looks of surprise that for once The Peony is able to lead an international chamber, graciously as a matter of fact. The Royal Premier and the High Diplomat shall replace The Peony in the talks, and said goodbye as The Peony took the diplomatic plane back to Lián, taking Rin and leaving some royal defenders for the Peonic delegation. She knew that her absence of the supposed voice of reason may trigger a meltdown in the council, but hopes that Diao Chan and Sima Yi could retain that aura in the chamber. Leaving the city deep in thought, and a cup of tea with Rin infront of her.

He greeted his wife, Jule, and his three kids, Tero, Rerria, and Jem, with great pleasure. After watching some television with his family, he sat outside on the dock, with wine in his hand, thinking about what happened today. "I met some interesting people today. "Representatives of Huawan, yes we have. I shall hand military affairs off to Ren." Ren Katra continues, "What we have decided is simple; for five years the armies will be small and for defense only. They cannot be sent abroad for any purpose. After those fiver years are up, the militaries can be rebuilt however they want. If the overall legislation deems one military too powerful, they the authority to regulate it. With a little formality and revision, this should work. Now economics is Gillo's relm." He sits down, giving way to Gillo Rans. "I wish I could say that this is simple like the military plan, but economics, what can you do with them? Right now Gordista still has a strong arms industry, but everything else was decimated. To combat this, we propose a step-program. First, we intiate public works projects to rebuild and clean up, providing steady jobs. Next, we section off old land for farms, new residential/commercial/industrial areas, and wildlife reserves. Then, we work with people to pratice good farming techniques, while we encourage Harmakmian buisnesses to also operate from Gordista. We will also scout out new mineral deposits and work with those safely. Lastly, we intiate relief programs for the remaining buisnesses and public works projects for new buildings. Of course this needs refinement, but we believe it is a good start." DylanPickle-

"I have severe concerns about your Military plans." said Kondou, "5 years with a small military??? Are you trying to make sure your country is bullied by the likes of Ryccia and the Frost Empire? You should make sure to have a strong and large military, flexible enough to defend your interests!"
Jem rebutts
"3 years might be better; I do agree that five years is a little too long. However, the people do not want a large military. The official poll is still ongoing, but a smaller military is the consensus so far, especially combined with the earlier military poll. We will, in contrast, focus more on actual denfse, so long range bombers and 'blitz squads' will no longer be as important. Emphasis will be put on a strong, short range air force and navy, while the army its self will be smaller, but still strong for defence." DylanPickle-

"I don't know your nations well enough to provide advice on military doctrine. Sedunn of course hopes that you will enter the international stage with intentions of democratic coexistence, as suggested by your brave commitment to the peaceful unification of both nations. We believe it is an obligation for nations to maintain a military with basic war deterrent capabilities, and it can be achieved with our without long-range capabilities. I would like to remind you that reducing, building, and rebuilding military capability takes many years and requires long-term commitment."

"Honorable Official, like our honorable Sedunnic counterpart, we too don't know your nations well enough to provide advice on military doctrine. If your decision is to resize the military for purely a defensive purpose in Harm and Gord," Said Sima Yi, "It must be a sufficient size that it could divide itself between a geographically divided unity. We propose that both states initiate a compulsory military service or provide sufficient military reserves in these turbulent times."
"As for the economical plan, it is a good start and certainly something that the Peocracy can help, our advanced agricultural sector can definitely be of help with the reconstruction. We also suggest a subsidy that can be given to the People of Harm-Gord and its businesses, as well as promotion of investment to get things started in Harm-Gord." Continued Diao Chan, as she looked at the entire floor. "We also advise for a task force to ensure that the reconstruction efforts do not bring a major inflation and prevent a stock market crash. Furthermore, we ask of the currency that would be used in Harm-Gord, would there be a unified currency or shall it differ? And we ask the assessment of the strength of the currency."
