After much thought I'll be taking a hiatus on the Reizen civil war thread to focus on getting the events of the thread in a coherent timeline and also bringing in character bios and faction overviews.

transporting RDC and Bzerne Marine troops through Nueva and La Ascensión ports to unused land plot 211. From there, they will occupy mountainous areas near Kinjishi.

Unclaimed plots cannot be used like that. They aren't empty land, but rather something like extremely neutral nations. Inert, but not terra nullius.

Didn't you withdraw from Reizen Island?
 

VICE PRESIDENT UNDERWOOD: We will withdraw all our troops from that island to Zett Island. In return, they would give us 30 days to do so and no acts of aggression will be made against each other during that period. That'll give us enough time to reorganize our forces and reinforcements to defend our territory, which would ideally be the entire Zett Island.
