Eflad joined in 1968 and has an observatory called commonly known as "The Hawk Eye" (official name: "National Observatory Mt. Tlohog"). The University of Krœfed is the center of the country wide "National Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics"
Would it be possible to build a launch pad in the north of Eflad, somewhere between Reræ and Cræfoi as it is close to the equator.

The State of Eggraria joined April 12th, 2019. There is an observatory managed by the University of New Manifesti that is utilized by both the Eggrarian State Sector's Space Research Agency and invites CPSC members to utilize it as they desire.
