Will it only be one minister holding Embassies Power? If so, please state your reasoning.

Unless this was intentional, the current wording makes it sound like only a single minister at a time may have Embassies power.

I guess that change is reasonable, but I left out the "s" with the assumption that only MoFA would have that power.

A note in regards to the amendment text: there is no need to specify the re-numbering of clauses not relevant to the amendment as Law Standards Act has a provision allowing for the Chair to re-number clauses where appropriate:

Law Standards Act Wrote:
Law Standards Act

5. Reformatting of Laws and Legislation

(...)

(3) The Chair of the Assembly may renumber articles, sections, and sub-sections where appropriate.

Apologies for the double-post but with regards to the RO powers for CRS, I think it may not be wholly illogical to add communication to the three members' powers. In times of strife, it will be useful for the CRS to be able to communicate with the region; i.e. the TEP crisis.

The draft has been revised accordingly.

I motion to waive minimum debate time and vote on the four proposed amendments in accordance with Article 1, Section 5 of the Legislative Procedure Act.

A note on this proposal, I think that people should not vote for this proposal of they want a WA but are apathetic or dislike the idea of a split.

Just because you want a WA ministry would not justify a split.
