It’s been a couple days since Eggraria went dead off the international grid. Many hadn’t thought much of this, receiving minimal media attention, up until recently, where the panic that’s occurred has been brought a bit more to light. However, it’s said that a letter, as opposed to any other form of formal electronic mail, has been given to many international offices in the South Pacific.
The letter reads: EGGRARIAN OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Third District, Intranationalə To the nations this letter is received by, Our most solemn greetings to you. We understand that you may be upheld by other situations, or other matters, but we wish to reach out to any nations of a good will and those who seek common relations with us. Currently, an insurrection within our 14th district is occurring. Due to this, our internet communications have shut down, and we hardly have the forces to combat the opposing forces. We do not recognize the matter as an issue of civil war, as the matters do not seem to be extremely grave. In order to contact us, please return a reply letter to the Office of International Relations. We will inform you if we may establish more consistent communication. Any help, economic, diplomatic, or even in defending the border will be appreciated with the utmost compassion towards the friendly nations. Third District, Intranationalə To all who it concerns: Our deepest apologies for the previous message to nations and its vague request. We have now met and have begun a plan which may be easier to ask for assistance for. It will be the primary interest of the Eggrarian government to understand the purposes of the protest and its plans. The current supposed reason is that they protest our international involvement; however, intelligence obtained suggests otherwise. The representative from the Fourteenth District fails to show up in any public meeting, and one of our concerns is his location. Thus begins our proposal. Our own border patrol has discovered opened ports that we believe to be for the sake of gathering assistance and allies outside of the protests. We request assistance from your intelligence agencies to find a way in and discover the plans of the insurrectionists under the guise of supporters. Come as ambassadors that wish to speak terms on assisting and discover information that is necessary. The Special Committee on the issue has given you, leaders, the unanimous consent of your intelligence agencies on our own land. The primary restriction is if your intelligence agencies are found making hostile or violent movements against our own civilians, you will be ejected from assistance immediately. We would hope for a peaceful, unspoken investigation by which we cannot enter easily. Our own intelligence agency has been identified by the civilian insurrectionists. Our greatest sincerities and regards for your nations.

Hello, nations: We greatly appreciate the responses of peace and resolution from your leaders and representatives. It would be in the best interest if we held a meeting together to decide what to do together, and establish a much more solidified plan. I myself, along with the head of our domestic intelligence agency, will be hosting the meeting within the conference room of the Office of International Affairs. Such is located near the Eggrarian International Airport, only by a few blocks, and is easily accessible. Octavian stared out the window of the room he had prepared for the oncoming delegates. Erikə should have gotten back from her small espionage trip which would help discover the exact situation in the Fourteenth. It's become somewhat of a nuisance, and it's becoming even scarier every minute Octavian doesn't get word back. He's tapping his foot as he continues to watch cars move down the street.
"Sir?" a secretary piped up. Octavian jumped. "Julia! Christ, you scared me." Julia chuckled a little. "There's been correspondence from Sedunn and Bzerneleg. A couple of proxy leaders will be arriving to discuss with you. Should we send for our escort airlines to their airports?" Octavian promptly replied. "What about Huwan and FiHami?" "They have yet to respond." He contemplated this reply for a moment. He spun in his chair once a decision was made, and faced the secretary Julia. "Send a plane over for the two, and be prepared to send over for the others once they have confirmed they will attend the meeting. Any extra time spent in Eggraria will be taken as moreso 'vacation days' for these delegates." "Of course. Right away." Julia walked off as Octavian turned in his chair to continue staring out the window.
