I'm guessing this isn't meant to include oversight of private media?

This would be for TSJs and other gov't sponsored Media only. Private media can do what they wish considering that's what "private" means.

That should be clarified then, unless we want someone to claim that a Ministry of Media can oversee SPINN to ensure it publishes regularly.

Here is my draft. Its bringing many changes and has many benefits and is creating a systematic structure. I have tried to include everyone's opinions who were against the split and for
Its is as follows:
  1. Creating Ministry of Engagement as Sir Prarie said.
  2. Creating Ministry of Communication which shall deal with media as well as all communications of the Coalitions.
  3. Separating Ministry of Cultural Affairs and Engagement as Mam Phoenix said.
Benefits:
  1. Reduction of the work load of today's MORA.
  2. As the proposal suggests MOC [Ministry of Communication] shall do the work of the list which shall in a way help people get involved in region.

A separate debate is needed for the LC, RA split has nothing to do with the LC not to mention that amendment will need a gameside referendum.

This would conflict with many proposals of which some have already gone into effect. Even more so, the game-side would never confirm their own eradication, nor anything of the like. And I don't think we need four ministries coming out when only three are necessary. The game-side is it's own culture, so I dont think we need the Assembly telling what it can and cannot do. Also, I doubt this was what Bel was actually talking about. Do you also realize that there is more than one local councilor that moderates the RMB? Having the Minister constantly approving each suppression is unneeded, unnecessary, and a total waste of time when it could be done on the spot.
