In regards to the recent rejection of the application for Liberum Hominis in Terra entry in the SCO:
-It apologizes for forgetting to mark an X in the category for importing goods. Must missed it. Sorry. -Secondly, although Liberum Hominis in Terra is called and ruled by a Dictatorship, there is a senate, which consists of elected officials from the people, with terms lasting for 4 years. This results in a body structure akin to that of current day United States. There is also present, a Supreme Court, which consists of the 9 oldest judges in all of Liberum Hominis in Terra, and rule on the LHTSC until death or if they chose to resign.

While we wait for the bureaucratic formalities I can say that Sedunn is in favour of lifting the permanent ban and restore Qvait as a full member.

We are however, against. Qvait has yet to respond to the message sent by our High Ambassador long ago. We ask for the Qvaitican republic to establish a stronger connection with Hammerstar and so far that has yet to be accomplished. Qvait has no embassy in Hammerstar, trade is an all time low with Qvait and any advancement we have made with the republic has been rudely ignored.
If they could not even commit to fixing the relationship between us, how can we be sure that they are worthy to mend the damage dealt between the SCO and Qvait a long time ago? The Paladins of Hammerstar has now shown displeasure and impatience with the government of Qvait and wether they truly want a healthy and friendly relationship with its neighbors. With that in mind, until Qvait can prove its commitment to the Technocracy, the Hammerstarian delegacy shall be against Qvait's wishes in rekindling relations with the SCO. Sir Williams, President Elect Margaret Harrison does not hold any executive power until 1 April of this year. She can meet with the High Paladin and discuss the future of our two nations' partnership, but cannot enact any executive changes. At this time, she holds legislative power as a sitting congresswoman, but not any executive power.
