Esteemed Delegations, In compliance with Clause 12 of the Charter I refer to this Council the accession applications of the Democratic Republic of Erinor and the Republic of Ubesii. I have found both to be in good standing and I have verified that their application have been adequately filled, though Erinor has stated that it is currently in the process of guaranteeing universal access to education. The Democratic Republic recently rejected an embassy application made by Das Vaterland Vercopa, owing to their terrible civil rights record and commitment to slavery. We have not, thus far, imposed any sanctions because we have no relations with that nation whatsoever. It is our opinion that Vercopa is a potential threat to any democracy in the region and they should be handled with considerable care.

The Democratic Republic of Erinor would like to point out that more than thirty days have passed since this process was begun. If it pleases the council, we'd like to request that someone motions to vote.

I motion this to a vote on both countries, which shall be conducted separately.
Ms. Kara Stevenson Ambassador to the Southern Cooperation Organization Third Republic of Qvait The Council shall now vote on the accession of the Democratic Republic of Erinor and the Republic of Ubesii according to established routine. The voting is carried out separately and the voting period shall last exactly two (2) days from this moment.
