I feel like we've discussed this for long enough and, whilst not everyone is agreed, something vaguely resembling a consensus appears to have formed, at least, from my perspective.

I motion to vote on whether or not we should release the dossier to the Assembly. Given that we need to be together on this when it goes ahead, I reckon we should aim for at least a supermajority in favour, 60%+1 (6 of us, I think?).
