So, not to throw a wrench into these plans, but should we approach Bel with this stuff before releasing it widely? I mean ... I can see a scenario where he argues that he's trying to get close to NK for "intel gathering".

No, I'm sorry, but that's just silly. If he's gathering intel for TSP, then who's he doing it for? By the looks of it, neither the CSS, nor the Cabinet, nor anyone else has that intel. He used that excuse once, saying OBT was a security investigation, when nobody even knew it was happening.
For the record, while I'm also not sure of what's the best course here, I do think the Assembly has a somewhat mixed record when it comes to acknowledging the severity of security threats, and I also think it's, to a point, wrong to just let security matters me handled through the popular vote of the Assembly. I see no reason in giving Bel advanced warning. He's obviously going to defend himself. It'll be a matter of the logs versus what he says after the fact.

Here is the other thing, Bel will say something to the effect of, "If I wanted to coup why wouldn't I join Hileville?" I mean he's used that on Discord as proof. So I don't know what the end goal of this is?
