Yes, a minority of age groups is conscripted.
However, conscription occurs if either sword or shield is unable to replenish manpower through volunteers alone.

GI-Land got no conscription anymore since 2006, when Gianluca IV. got coronated.
However the Bundesarmee is therefore allowed to advertise being a soldier publicly, even at schools, like every other company is allowed to advertise their jobs too.

Yes. All Troenian citizens have to go through mandatory military service, with a duration of 12-24 months, depending on branch and service. Afterwards, they are transferred to the Home Guard or the military reserves. Some people choose to enlist to become NCO's or officers

Not currently. It was abolished in 1958; however, the National Assembly can vote to reinstate it in case of war or national emergency. It has only done so once, in February 2012, during the Civil War. After the Nationalist Government was defeated, the new Transitional Government abolished it again.

Yes, but it has not been enacted. Resentine has an Emergency Conscription Policy, where the Monarch can, with the recorded permission of both the Prime Minister and Second Minister, authorize Conscription for all able-bodied men and women in Resentine should a crisis occur where conscription become necessary. Conscription cannot be officially enacted until the Monarch makes a public broadcast that both explains the crisis, and why conscription is needed to resolve it. Parliament does reserve the option to remove the conscription, should it find the Monarch's reason inadequate.

In Rebeltopia, conscription can be legally enacted only during times of war, and must have the support of at least 75% of the counsel, and be signed by both the majority speaker and the president.

FSoO: Technically yes. In the event of a war the Department of Defence may introduce a draft, however, the Electorate has not fought in a war ever, and the Department of Defence has said even if the FSoO entered an armed conflict a draft would not be needed due to the current size of our armed forces.
Above all else, I hope to be a decent person.
