There are deputies for PM, ministerial positions as well as CoA. For the LC, it's a collective body so it's not going to be a big problem if one LCer wants to run for an office. For the Delegate it's harder however the position is mostly a figure head so not much to fill in with.

This is a bad idea. If this passed, then if you were in a position, then you would have to resign from that position, and then what if you lost? You're screwed.
Also, did you really have to name this amendment after yourself? Not illegal or anything, but just a bit too self-commending for my taste.

I think you've misunderstood Section 4. Your deputy will do your job during the time of which you're running for an office and when the election's done or you chose to withdraw, then you will continue your job. So it's not that you have to resign in order to run. That's completely false.

Ok, can IoU update the OP so these changes are easier too see?
This amendment would also implement whole new positions, who, altough may be easy logistics-wise, just don't seem worth the clutter, even though there would be little.

Can you clarify on which positions would this amendment implement?

This amendment is still unnecessary, a logistical nightmare, and a bad idea.
