Many people representing many people began to pile into the grand hall, 3 hours later, as they waited on the Peony of Huawan. Representing Harmakmis is the President, Tel Jonas; the VP, Gillo Rans; Speaker of the Assembly, Ryon Ikwa; leader of the Harmakmian Unitary Party (HUP), Jason Fauley; leader of the Harmakmian Conservative Party (HCP), Femwar Yuik; and the leader of the Socialist Party of the Common Harmakmian (SPCH), Jon Yon. Representing Gordista is the de facto leader, Jem Katra II; Harmakmian advisor, Icha Unon; de facto vice-leader, Ren Katra; leader of the Change for Gordista Movement, Lilu Yenkins; the leader of the Socialist Gordistani Party (SGP), Maron Henu; and leader of the Gordista Freedom Party (GFP), Byron Schmidt. Tel Jonas rises from his spot at the table for Harmakmis and speaks before the important crowd, "Fellow leaders of the world, we are gathered here today to create a new chapter in the history of the two countries of Harmakmis and Gordista. If you are not fully aware of the situation, our two nations had just completed a 250-year long cold war. The war stems from when my fellow Harmakmian ancestors slaughtered many Gordistanis when Gordista was conquered 300-some years ago. Jem Katra II and I are ready to accept the past and to pave a better future for us and the world. The goal of this council for its first and lengthy session, will to be rebuild the two nations, unify us on many different levels, to create peace, both domestic and foreign, and to discuss matters of alliances, among many minor issues. The council will be a great step forward in Harmakmian/Gordistani relations and should an example for the world. And now may this summit commence, in the name of peace and prosperity." Tel sits back down, drinking a whole cup of water, as the leaders of the other nations intimidate him. Jem Katra II stands up and starts clapping, "I couldn't have said it any more perfect myself. I am ready to let this meeting start. First, we need to create a charter for the council, for legality." The smooth-talking, leader of the damaged nation sat down, waiting for the other nations to join in. Maron Henu started fidgeting with her thumbs, as if something was weighing down her soul. Queen Karolin,Queen of Mitandersfors , despite being visibly unwell, with a seemingly minor case of the "Tanders Flu", Stands and says this
"thank you for letting us all come to this great council, and to help in our own nations individual ways to help Harmakmis and Gordista fully overcome their great struggles. As you all can probably see, I am slightly unwell, but I hope that doesn't bother you all too much"
Jem speaks,
"Not at all your highness. I am glad your newly global nation could take part. We need all the help we can get. Just don't shake my hand. I am just joking." He laughs and sits down at the Gordista table, separated from the Harmakmis table by the table where signings will be done. DylanPickle-

Empress Hestia the Fifth rose and smiled at the dignitaries.
"My friends, it is with great pride and joy that I come to take part in this historic event. It is my greatest hope that the Imperium can help the people of Harmakmis and Gordista during this transition."
This time Ryon Ikwa responsed,

Ara Varsa-Aro, interim Minister of Foreign Affairs for Erinor and Sereva, rose from her seat to speak next.
"As you are all aware, Erinor and Sereva have, this year, taken bold steps to put a past of bloodshed, conquest and even slavery and terrorism behind them by recognising their relationship as an equal partnership of sister peoples and, where once one nation dominated the other for centuries, now they sit side beside to face the world with equal standing and an equal voice. Whilst I hesitate to say that our troubles are over and that all has been resolved, still, I hope the progress of the past year may be an example to nations like Harmakmis and Gordista with equally long histories of hostility. "So, it is in the spirit of brotherhood, of those that know only too well and share the pain of division, that we come to aid you in this council and offer all the support we can, that peace may prevail."
The Peony looked at Queen Karolin, the first time she's seen of the Queen. She noticed her sickness and took note of offering her some of her services. Unlike the others, The Peocracy does not bother itself with promises of enthusiasm on the unification, mostly congratulatory, and those have been expressed already.
"Concerning the legality between the two states ending the war, we assume there are conditions that are to be met between the two nations? May we ask what they are, the plans to achieve it, and the amount of time needed to finalize, proceed, and complete these plans?"
