@Seraph	Enactment	All new rules after this one must be written in rhyming couplets. There is no requirement for use of any particular metre, nor must the lines scan. The player proposing the rule will receive one point for every complete couplet should the rule pass.
@Nakari	Enactment	Voting is conducted in secret, by private message to the Chair. After a vote is concluded, the Chair must publish each player's vote.
@Imperial Frost Federation	Enactment	All posts after this rule is adopted must start with the poster’s intent. Warning: the proposer will gain a point for every poster who fails to adhere to the rule. Addendum: any poster who fails to adhere to the rule will lose 1 point. See Example: clarification: you will adopt the mannerisms of hk47 Objection: I disagree with the proposal Agreement: I would like to see this passed

Players may now vote "Aye" or "Nay" for any or all of these proposals. A ballot to be used is included below, though players may vote in any format they choose so long as it is unambiguous.

Quorum is 3/4, which for 7 players is 5.25/7 ergo 6/7. Quorum has been reached, but 24 hours haven't and Nakari's proposal could still be pushed to passing with the remaining vote.

As per rule 205, Seraph receives (301 - 291) * 4/7 = 6 points.
As per rule 204, Roavin, Nakari, and Shy Guyia receive 10 points each.
